RI 146 and 99. Methhead Driver cuts me off so I go around him then he starts tailgating me and swerving on the side of me to push me to the breakdown lane. Then he goes to breakdown lane and waves for me to pull over. Assuming he wants a fight. He did this multiple times. Then he meets me at light screaming his head off and peels out. Then somehow we meet up again and he swerved in my lane again. Great employees you got working for you Hobart. Real professional drivers. Thanks for not answering the phone when I called too. Keep up the good work! Have a video too but won’t let me upload ?

One of the driver’s of this company was extremely reckless and nearly cost my life and many others on the road today. This service is DEFINITELY not one to die for! Hire someone that will at least make to you safely! Poor drivers reflect a poor company.

In short - Hobart makes great machines for food service business but don't expect any kind of meaningful support or service. If you already got one, find a reliable indie service tech who will be available when needed; if you're considering buying one - do not! Perhaps lease it but only if it comes with service.Exuberantly expensive service that's never available when you need it. Unless you're willing to pay even higher rates for "after hours" service. And this is for machines that food service businesses depend on for their livelihood! In other words - pure racket. And unreasonably overpriced parts. Get your hoses and fittings and other generic parts from auto parts and plumbing supply houses before you call and save an average of 85%. Some machine-specific parts cost less from Amazon then from Hobart directly! To top it off, add absolutely impersonal - and I mean completely flat affect; robotic - customer service reps and no tech support for end users.Big thumbs down.

Solid machines but these days service is everything. Hobart fails terribly here. On average if you call for service on your equipment expect to wait about 2 weeks. That means no dishwasher for 2 weeks. Unfortunately most other repair people won't touch hobart
