I bought two pairs of shoes that were too small and returned them per their instructions. It only took three weeks for me to receive my replacements. DREW shoe company was very efficient in their turn around time.Will buy from Healthy Feet Store again.

I placed an order online on Friday. I get an email today, Thursday, that my order was cancelled. So call to find out what was going on and they said some information needed to be verified. They said they sent me 3 emails. I never got those emails. I checked my junk email as well. I asked what information they needed to verify and I was told the zip code. They said there were extra numbers that didn’t match up. Well those extra numbers weren’t entered by me. Then when my address was read to me it was all correct. I know personally when I need to verify a zip code, I just google the address and it comes up.I was going to reorder, but they are saying I have to wait another week. Which is truly outrageous. I was excited to find this store online, but obviously they don’t have their stuff together. It’s too bad, because it was a large order.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I bought shoes that we're just not right and was going to just give up on them when I decided to reach out to the Healthy Feet Store and they were more than helpful. I explained my situation and sent pictures of the shoes to show they handn't been worn outside etc. and they sent me another pair and they fit perfectly and look superb I will gladly shop there again and highly recommend them to people with foot problems. Way to go thank you!

I ordered a pair of ************** II walking shoes on the 12th. My card was charged on the 14th. The shoes arrived on the 16th. They were in good shape and exactly what I ordered.

I got propet one shoes and they Work with my custom orthotics & ankle brace. $99 compared to $170 for ***********. Way more comfortable. Great customer service. No problem returning ones that didnt ********** ordering more

If I could give less than one star I would. Selling people things they don't have should be considered fraud. At least be honest and say you don't have it instead of a little bit at the bottom saying it "may" be on backorder (only certain sizes of course). The only reason I ordered from HealthyFeetStore (at a markup) instead of Orthoticshop or ************* is because there was nothing saying the item was out of stock, unlike their honest competition. I'm never ordering anything from this site again. At least have a competent web design that tracks your inventory.

I have had really good service from this company and have ordered several pairs of shoes, delivered to ****** with no issues. One pair I am still waiting for but sometimes going through customs and all that takes a long time. When I reached out to them they said that if I dont hear in a week and a half and get the shoes that they will return my money. How much better can you get than that for service.? They have a great variety of shoes for hard to fit feet so I hope youre around for a long long time.

For a company that is supposed to sell orthotic shoes to families that have a need for them, they do not accommodate their customers at all. They did not honor their emailed split-pair policy when I called, which was disappointing and a waste of time.

Very disappointed. Never received a product ordered 2 months ago. Company told me it was shipped and to get a hold of the USPS to figure it out then claimed to resend product which only lead to a tracking number of a non-existent product.

I ordered a pair of Propet Stability X Casual Shoes in XXX Wide for my 93 year old father. I ordered during the pandemic, and had them shipped to Toronto, so it took a while to get them. Patience is certainly a virtue as my father's reaction after slipping them on was well worth the wait. The sizing and descriptions were true and he's happy as can be. My thanks!!

I need shoes with a wide toebox, they suggest that they have some medical expertise. The shoes they shipped are too narrow, have a lousy foot bed, and our unsupportive. Then, if you want to return them, there is a $10 charge. Merrill, L.L. Bean, numerous others have much better shoes and free returns
