I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am to Drycrete Waterproofing. Not only was the entire process (from first call to finish) incredibly seamless, but Drycrete's team (shout out to their amazing administrative staff) was able to work my home into their schedule to install a French drain during a wildly busy and rainy season. We had INCHES of ground water pouring into our basement daily, and I was sincerely going a little nuts, constantly hand pumping water and fearing for the safety of my home and HVAC system - Drycrete knew exactly how to solve our problem and they were SO empathetic and kind. Reached out to replace two 14 year old sump pumps that they installed in 2010. All new tech with battery back ups and WiFi connections. They were super efficient and gave us a return customer discount. Would def recommend!

Jason, Macho and the rest of the team were excellent to work with. From quoting on the job to scheduling the project to showing up right on time on the day of the project, everything was flawless and it was a great customer experience. They kept in contact via email and text and signing the contract and collecting the deposit was easy.The team was courteous and respectful of our house and cleaned up after each day. They walked me through the project and showed me how to use the app and connect it to wifi to monitor the new sump pump. Jason came by at the end to inspect the work himself. It was a french drain project that took about 2 days. We would highly recommend Jason and his team!

This company scheduled me for a consultation and made me wait two months. When the day finally comes I get a call and the drycrete employee tells me he doesn't want to drive to my property and to text him some pictures. He said he will send a quote by email in a couple days then never does. I can't believe I wasted all that time with this company.

Great experience- Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Installation crew was very efficient and left the basement and work area clean. Just two days after installation the system kept the basement dry after heavy rains. Pumped about 7,000 gallons of water below foundation in 3 days!
