This company has a huge variety of products that we're looking for all in one place and there prices almost always beat other stores. I've been getting things from these folks for many years and I've only had one problem which they quickly resolved by shipping a replacement priority delivery that we received in 2 days even before we returned the problem item.

I ordered my son pants from this business and received the wrong size the company website indicated a small would be particular measurements that ended up not being true. The purchase took well over a month to ship to us, with never any response from the company as to my inquiry of where the pants are. Trying to return the pants has been a nightmare. Customer service emails go unanswered, the company never answers their phone and the website they provide for returns doesn't work. Awful, awful company,DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Take it from me-do NOT do business with this company! They promise fast and fair pricing for products and shipping but it’s complete BS! Management is an absolute joke and you can’t even get a response when you have a question! There’s far more reasonable companies who actually care about their customers more than this joke of a company. Direct Premium is a lose lose. Don’t waste your time, money or effort on this company. The management tram obviously is so far out of touch with how to treat customers it’s really unfortunate. If I could give less than 1 star believe me I would.

Purchased product from their website. They sent incorrect product. I returned product. Been 2+ weeks now and they haven't credited my cc and are not answering their phone or returning messages.

Tried to change the delivery date AFTER purchase. Joke. Wont let you change anything, Boone responds to help in any way. Obviously don’t care about customers. Won’t shop here again that’s for sure

Warm and respectful costumer service. I ordered a holster that was for the best price online and the wrong one was shipped .from that moment the costumer support agent was so nice and helpful and in less than a week I already had the right one in my hands . I bought a pair of camo pants from this company for $28. According to the sizing chart, I bought the XL size, but they were way too loose. So I set up an RMA to return them, and found out they charge a 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING. So after everything, I got a refund of $6.69 (-$21.31). They are a RIPOFF!!! Don't shop here, ever. High Risk Low Reward venture for sure.
