I had my car repaired last month at DBA Auto Body in Walpole, and it was a very pleasant experience. All the people I interacted with at the shop, the owner, front desk, technicians, they all were courteous, open to communication, truthful and efficient. No misunderstandings, good communication and honest work. Smooth handling of paperwork, too, zero hassle. Calling the shop during their working hours always got someone answering the phone, from the first call. The repair was done faster than initially estimated, and done well: perfect color matching and no functional issue - I am writing this review three weeks after the repair, any possible issues had enough time to manifest. They also detailed the car, surprisingly well done. Well-deserved five stars rating. By the way, they never asked me for, not even mentioned about leaving them a review.

I recently brought my car in for some body work and the owner John went above and beyond to make my car perfect. I would recommend anyone from the walpole or surrounding areas use these guys if you need paint and/ bodywork!

Was hit by an unknown in a parking lot.
DBA was able to get correct parts. Not the after market for my Audi!
They estimated three weeks to repair but had it done in two weeks! It is perfect! My car looks great. While they had the paint out they touched up a bit too!
Then to top it off it came back detailed…
I am very very happy with the results!

When my brand new car was hit, I asked the dealer for a recommendation. Without hesitation, they recommended DBA. Not only did they do a meticulous job but, from first contact, they demonstrated absolute knowledge of their craft while also demonstrating thorough knowledge of all things insurance. Jon's direction was spot on. As an added convenience, the Enterprise rental was delivered to the shop and I was able to drop it back there when I picked up my own car. All business transactions should be this successful.

I dropped off my car a week ago yesterday and I just picked it up. It looks brand new and like there was never damage. I was intimidated to make the phone call, but the owner was so nice and so easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate of about two weeks and it was done much earlier than expected which is great. Absolutely would recommend DBA to anyone and everyone

DBA is amazing. They stand for their quality of work and very well communicated with me during the process. They even follow up with me on a parts issues from the supplier weeks after they finish their work. This is how customers service should be. Highly recommended if you need someone to take good care of your car.

I went to DBA for an insurance-covered repair, and I opted to add another repair for my car that was not covered by insurance while it was being worked on. Jon did a phenomenal job repairing my car, working with my insurance to ensure everything was covered, and getting the right parts in. The quote for the additional out of pocket work was fair and also came out really well.The icing on top of a good repair was my car was spotless when I picked it up, it was detailed inside and out!The one drawback was the delay in getting my car in, and the two weeks it took to do the work. This could be a problem if you don't have backup transportation, but luckily it worked out okay for me and the high quality work was worth the wait.

We’ve been coming to DBA for over 10 years and there is no other body shop that we could trust more to work on our cars. John’s team does impeccable work. Donna’s excellent to work with as well in helping to handle insurance claims. DBA is meticulous in all the detail of their work and they do it in a very personal way.
