Worst experience ever.
I'd rather pay out of pocket for my prescriptions than be subjected to their rudeness, lack of truthfulness and incompetnece.

Absolutely the worst human beings. I use telehealth because some of us don’t have medical insurance and work outside the hours of an urgent care visit.
I recently was diagnosed with a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection. Keep in mind, I have used these folks for telemedicine before with no issues up to this point. Now, out of the blue, they tell me they are unable to fill the prescription because they can’t get a hold of the prescriber (which is nonsense because I have correspondence in my inbox). So now I am out my antibiotics potentially until Monday, and that is even IF they still decide to fill my prescription.
My suggestion is go somewhere else. These people don’t care about the people that come into their pharmacy looking for the medications they require to be on the road to wellness. God forbid if you are a patient with a chronic condition. I don’t even want to know the hell they put them through.

Most if the staff at this location are very helpful. The stars of this location in my opinion are the pharmacy staff. Always helpful and will to do some of the heavy lifting related to insurance coverage.

This is the worst store I have to dealt with, to me it is a pure sign of profits over customer service. You wait in lines at the front of the store and the pharmacy. Outside in the drive thru, they make you wait very long, when you get to the window they disappear making you wait longer. CVS to me here means Can't Value Service.

They’re very rude. On Tuesday, December 5th, 2023, I came to get my prescription at 1:26 pm , but usually, they go to lunch at 1:30 so I was 4 minutes early, they wouldn’t give me the prescription and asked me to come back. I had to sit for 35 minutes to wait until they reopen. I think that wasn’t too nice. It wouldn’t have taken them 2 minutes to give me the prescription because they had texted me to come and get it. I wouldn’t recommend this CVS branch to anyone.MJ

This store is chronically understaffed, ESPECIALLY during the daytime and late afternoon hours. I don't blame the staff, I blame the corporates. Moved my prescriptions to Walpole Pharmacy after many years at CVS.

Long time customer. Always treated with dignity. Terrific staff and always helpful. Sometimes other customers are unruly but thats life these days. I have had 0 issues in 2.5 years using them for pharmacy and store end.

I went online and booked a covid booster for my sister today along with a flu shot. Her appointment was at 3pm. She got there at 2:45 checked in and took a seat. At 3:12 pm the girl informed her she did not have the booster shot! This is disgraceful. What a waste of time. No wonder people are giving up on getting it!! CVS needs to get new management.

In person, pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and friendly. On the phone, however, there are usually exorbitant wait times and they often hang up on customers causing you to be placed further down the queue. Just go in person and there is less of a line and the people are pleasant.

Had an emergency and needed a few pills for my mother's high blood pressure and John the Pharmacist that works the overnight literally came to the rescue and assisted right away and with great customer service. Thank you John!
