My son’s car was broken down in the fast lane on the highway. Thankfully Chris’ Service Center arrived within 10 mins of the call. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. The young lady and several gentlemen at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even the tow was affordable. The driver said that he treats all customers as if they were family. Chris’ Service Center were willing to fix the car but suggested I get it fixed somewhere closer to home so that I don’t need to come out that way again. When I left this business, I knew I found a place that I can trust. I cannot THANK this business and tow truck driver enough for taking care of my family.

If we could give this "0" stars we would. We trusted this company to give us an HONEST opinion on a vehicle that we were considering having shipped from Walpole, MA to California for our 16 year old son. This is a car that we were inheriting from a relative and we were willing to put money into for him. Chris's Service Center was helpful with accommodating us by picking up our car and taking it back to the shop to give it a full inspection. We were VERY specific about our intention to ship this to California if it was in good condition and worth being repaired. Unfortunately, the shop was less than truthful with us as we specifically asked if the car was worth putting money into and they told us that the car was worth fixing and was road worthy but needed new brakes, rotors, and a steering rack, among other things. Based on his assessment we had him go ahead and install new breaks, rotors and new battery so that we could have it shipped to Cali....we paid him over $2000.00 to do this work and then paid to have it shipped only to take it to our local mechanic and be told that this car is scrap. Our mechanic sent us pictures of the undercarriage and to our disappointment it was completely rotted out and SHOULD NOT be driven by anybody! This shop only wanted to make a quick buck with no regard to at all. Had they just been honest we would never had brought the car back to California and we would have just donated it locally. Luckily we have an honest mechanic in California who would not do any work on it due to its deterioration. Now we will be donating this to a local salvage company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...BUYER BEWARE!!!

The most unprofessional towing place i have ever encountered. Even the answering service person was severely rude. I almost died from my accident and i had to come two days in a row because they gave me incorrect information. Tried to charge me an extra day because of this. When i was finally able to see my car we were spoken to so disrespectfully by the staff and told to get out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You're better off pushing the car off the side of the road by yourself. 0 stars if i could.

STAY AWAY! These scumbags robbed me of my Ipod right after I nearly died in a major car accident. And of course when I mentioned it to them, all they did was deny it. Since I had no way to prove it, I had to walk away accepting the fact that they stole from me and there's nothing I could do about it. And this isn't the first time. These people are known for stealing. Do not give these THIEVES your business..

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! A piece of my exhaust fell off while driving with my 3 boys. My A.C. is busted so we had all the windows down. It was HOT and LOUD! I stopped in and luckily they were able to take my car in. Obviously I was unprepared and had to wait there with the boys for my car to be done. They offered us drinks, restroom, a toy car and even put on a kids show for my 2 year old to stay entertained. Also allowed me to charge my phone. They were beyond accommodating, fair and absolutely amazing!

This company is my go-to. I have used various tow companies, this one has been my best experience time and time again..which is so important because usually when you call a tow company, you are already not having a great day. So having a tow company that addresses your needs professionally, efficiently, and for a fair price really helps.

I called because I had to have somebody break into my car. They told me it would be 45 minutes. I called them an hour later and because the driver couldn’t get a hold of me. They left me sitting here waiting while they went to a different location because there was an accident. They’re rude, disrespectful, overpriced, and deafly not worth calling. I can’t believe how rude they are like they’re the only tow company in the world. I had a very bad experience. I waited over three hours. I would suggest. To use a different company. I could not believe the rudeness. I said to the guy why should I pay $125 when you’re three hours late? The guy said that’s the price they charge and didn’t care about me waiting three hours. I would definitely not use this tow company if you a chance. Too much money and they’re rude as hell.

I got a flat tire on 95 at 10 o clock at night. Brian was extremely professional and helpful. He handled my car with great care and also let me know how I could get reimbursed from triple A. He went over and above as well. He helped me figure out the best place to leave my car at the mechanic and gave me a ride to my house which was close by, even though I could walk. I was so happy to have Brian s assistance in a scary situation. He is an asset to the service center !

This dump was happy to take my $1600 last month but now refuses to work on my vehicle. Also, a couple of years ago they failed my inspection for some phantom problem with the front end. I took it somewhere else and it passed just fine. I'll never go there or recommend them again. Horrible treatment of a customer.
