I have been debating on writing a review after a horrific experience after handing the dealership money for the car. As soon as I paid for the car, they were very rude and hardly answered me asking when I was going to get my car. The contract for the sale stated that I would leave the dealership with a detailed car and full tank of gas. The car was absolutely filthy and had a quarter tank of gas, and when trying to tell the salesman that there were new scratches on the car, he told me to have a great day and just walked inside. Now, a month after buying my car, my 2018 Audi S5 needs a new engine. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I had a great experience buying my first car at BidCars In Walpole!! I got a great deal!! Dipok the sales associate that I worked with was Amazing! He worked with me and my monthly payment so I could afford the car that I really wanted! Also, Tom in the Finance department was great and shopped around to different banks to get the lowest rate to finance at! I absolutely love my new car and I would highly recommend buying a car there!!!!!

My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience from the gentlemen at Bidcars Boston.
The experience began when I called their showroom to confirm the availability of one of the cars on their website. The call was answered by Dipok, whom was very professional and helpful in confirming the availability of the vehicle. I told Dipok that that we lived a little over an hour away and that I understand if the car sells before we get there.
Not only did he promptly set up an appointment for us at the time I told him we'd be there and emailed the details, he also pulled the car out front so it was ready to test drive when we arrived. We looked over the car thoroughly. It was pre-owned and had 19k miles, but it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. From the engine bay to the carpets, absolutely spotless. We then went on a test drive and Dipok sat in the back and allowed us to fully get a feel for the car without interjecting with sales pitches and such. When we returned to the dealership, Dipok guided us through some of the financing options, and was very responsive to our many questions.
Unfortunately, Dipok had another appointment that ours ran into (no fault of his, we asked ALOT of questions). I thought to myself that we'd have to work with another salesperson and get them up to speed on everything we had discussed with Dipok. This was not the case. Marat took over from Dipok and it was seamless, as if we'd been working with him the whole time.
My wife had never purchased a car from out of state and had never left a dealer without the car she'd bought. Since we live in NH and it was a Sunday, we had to wait until we could register the vehicle before it could be delivered. This made my wife a bit uneasy. Marat quickly noticed her uneasiness and provided reassurance by explaining step-by-step what the process entailed and why. We left the dealership with peace of mind that everything would go smoothly.
Everything went exactly as Marat outlined. We sent Marat a picture of the registration and the insurance binder the next morning, and he had the car delivered that afternoon.
There were no hidden fees or unexpected events. The vehicle, the price, and the process were explained in complete transparency and there were no surprises.
My wife is extremely happy with her new car, and we are both grateful for the very smooth car buying experience we were provided by the exceptional staff at Bidcars Boston.
We will certainly be back when we are in the market again.

Dipok was PHENOMENAL! Called him about a car I was interested in next day he set us up for a test drive!! So amazing with our daughter! Allowed us to plug her car seat in and take us along very kid friendly!!

This review was provided to Manny (sales) from Bid Cars Boston prior to posting. Manny agreed with its accuracy.
After agreeing to a price (which Bid Cars Boston renegotiated after offering me a lower price), I would routinely go 5+ days with no information, no contact, and no expectations.
Communication and the experience were good until we agreed on a price. My salesman, Manny, went on vacation and left me with no one to move the transaction along so things stagnated for a week while he was on vacation (and Bid Cars Boston had already deposited my money).
The staff routinely promised to call me back. After the 5th time, I knew they had no intention of following up. I felt disrespected by their refusal to provide any expectation for a timeline. Their office staff is disorganized based on the multi-day timeline for any paperwork to be accomplished; including not receiving my vehicle title until after I had the vehicle.
Pros:
+ Vehicle quality
+ Price (no mandatory hidden junk fees like LoJack, paint protection, etc)
Cons:
- Lack of professionalism
- I was ignored for DAYS after they deposited my check for the full purchase price
- Renegotiated the price higher after they had offered me a lower price

Despite being a repeat customer I had possibly the worst customer experience of my life this time.
Purchased a Sprinter van this July which had a few marks on the rear side which they had agreed to be fixed prior to purchasing. Alignment was also to be done which was pointed out during the test drive. Waited weeks to pick the van up, which I was fine with because according to the sales man, Dipok, and the finance manager, Tom, they were making sure the van was going to be perfect.
Eventually went to pick up the van as scheduled, only to find that not only was absolutely nothing done to the van but there was now further markings on the rear step up. And that wasn't the end of the fun. Upon stepping into the back of the van I discovered an old t-shirt and a bottle of piss! That's right, the van I waited weeks for now came with a bottle of urine!
Tom was all apologetic and promised to right everything once I had time to drop the van off for a week.
I left disgusted but didn't get far when I realized the tank was close to empty so had to pull into the nearest gas station to make it home.
Called a few weeks later to let Tom know that I would be leaving for 9 days and he could have have the van to do the promised work but I needed it back on the Sunday I returned for work.
I emailed Tom a few days before I got back just to make sure everything would be ready and didn't hear back for a few days, only to be told it would be ready on Monday. I had to go out on Monday morning and buy a brand new set of tools to go to work. I also discovered that my van wasnt picked up from my house until the following week. Needless to say it wasn't ready on Monday and he basically ignored every phone call that week. They eventually dropped my van off on Thursday night with a drop of gas in it and a flat tire to boot! Alignment wasnt done, still a squeak in the front brakes and no spare key which was agreed upon.
Never ever again will I deal with such a lazy, useless shower of fellas again. You've only yourself to blame if you go near them.
