Kindest and most helpful managers! I've had trouble with my online B&N account for a while and two supervisors there took it upon themselves to work on my account in downtime to help me out. I've been a customer at this store for over 15 years and am always so grateful for this B&N!

After the Braintree location closed this became my new spot. I had been going there since i was a kid. This location is always in great shape, has a wide range of genres, and helpful staff.
