Worst customer service around!! I would rather pay more $ per gallon than to go back to their business and I live down the street for them and gave them multiple chances with car repairs and inspection stickers but every time they are rude and difficult to work with. No receipts given, no explanations on service/repairs. Unacceptable and Inprofessional!!

I went to this gas station this morning. It's very close to home and I've been coming here on and off for gas for 18 years. These past two years have been the worst. This morning I asked for $40 regular, they FILLED it and charged me $56 dollars on my debit card. My husband has been telling me a few time they have done this to him, once he held a $10 in cash and said just $10 regular! Again the younger man FILLED it and was trying to get him to pay the difference on his credit card. My husband is a big guy so once he raised his voice and continued to tell him he wasn't paying since it's not what he asked for, waving the $10 in his face, the older man, manager I believe , took it and sent him on his way. I haven't had this problem with the older man who is always smiling, but the young man is a crook! Don't get ripped off!!

My car developed a blow-by problem near this station and I wanted to buy oil to top off the car in order to get home. My conversation with the clerk:"Hi, do you have any oil?""No."This is coming from a shop that advertises oil changes and a register area where there are at least a dozen cases of oil in plain view on the floor. The clerk then proceeded to go outside and stare at me for half an hour while I was cleaning the spillage from my engine bay in an adjacent parking lot. Don't bother coming here if you expect punctual service or basic empathy.

They will not give you a print out of work done, so you don't have a record of the maintenance if something goes wrong. They charged me $95 for a synthetic oil change which I did not ask for.They are hard to understand because of there accents.

I get gas there VERY rarely as the the person pumping is SUPER RUDE. I"ve stopped saying thank you as he NEVER SAYS thank you and grabs your money.

I've been going here (or was- am NOT anymore) for 8 years to get everything from gas to inspection stickers and just recently new tires and brakes. The previous owners were amazing, but this new crew has become dishonest and ripped me off $1700. I've been back FIVE TIMES to try to get them to fix what they charged me for and my car STILL isn't working right!!! So upsetting!!!! Disputing the transaction with my cc company now since these guys CLEARLY do not intend to do/fix what they charged me for!!!

Good prices and great customer service. My air pressure light was on because of a nail in my tire. Wakefield Gas & Service fixed it fast.

Very shady!! A while back my wife went here to get gas. They tried to sell her new tires. We took the car to our trusted mechanic. He took a look and confirmEd the tires were fine. Today, my daughter went in to get gas. She asked for $15 of regular. They "made a mistake" and left the pump running. They charged her card $36. When she confronted them, they said "it was a mistake" and refused to do anything. I 've been there once or twice without issue. They seem to think they can manipulate women. Real sleazy. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not go there. Will rip you off and play you. Straight lied to me twice about my check engine light. They just want your money. Couldn't do a simple oil change properly. Leaked oil for a month because they put wrong filter and they got oil all over my engine.

I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review. I have been going to this gas station every week for five years. When I moved to Lynnfield, I continued to drive to Wakefield just for gas. Today I drove up to a pump and rolled down my window about 4 inches. I handed the man my card and requested he fill it regular. Before he handed back my card he demanded that I roll my window down all the way. My car was off so I had to open the door. He proceeded to ask me if I was cold & before I could answer he yelled "I'm cold too too. Next time roll the window down all the way or pump it yourself."
