Found an Acura for a decent price. Combed thru car fax to confirm vital services, and went to see vehicle. Ended up purchasing, asked twice during test drive for replacement wipers, as they were streaking and it was raining during road test. Was assured they would be swapped. Saw some oil on front / bottom of engine and was told it was probably spilled oil from oil change across st. at Jiffy Lube. Thought it was weird because they have a garage with a lift, and jiffy lube is notorious for ruining things, but whatever. Car ended up having an actual oil leak, and never even got the blades put on. Bought the car based off the CarFax, but probably wouldn't come here again. Wiper blades are basic, but can get your state inspection failed as well as get you killed on the road in the rain. Basic parts guys, fundamental and basic, come on...

I just went to look at a 2004 Ford F350 6.0L diesel. The truck had low miles and looked nice on Facebook Marketplace. Upon closer inspection, this truck is a pig in lipstick. The rust in the bed was taped over, the then coated with bed liner so it was harder to tell the extent of rust. The frame was also hastily painted to hide any rust damage. I would guess this was a plow truck; that’s why the miles are so low. 63k very hard and salty miles. I cannot know for sure. All I do know is the truck was dressed up to sell and hide any issues. I didn’t hear it run or even turn the key. The salesman came out and tried to promote the truck. We weren’t buying. Any dealership willing to sell something like this is deceptive. I did not want to see anything that else on sale the lot. I hope this saves other potential victims or at a minimum inspires the dealership to more moral practices.

Reasonable salespeople and vehicles seem clean, the one I test drove showed no issues.

One of the best experiences I have had period. Mikey D took care of me from the first call to the moment I had to pick my car up. He treated me like a person and not just a random customer. I would highly recommend going there if you want 5 star service.

Alex, the sales rep. and Ken, the owner, were wonderful to work with during the purchase of the vehicle. The process was seamless.
They performed some pre-purchased repairs and several weeks later, they performed some work on the vehicle toward the end of the warranty period, no questions asked. I made an appointment, the repair was made, and I was off on my way.
Great auto dealer with, quite frankly, some very nice inventory. If someone is looking for an older, used vehicle, in good condition, I would recommend Main Street Wakefield Auto Sales. ?

There are few dealerships that I would rave about, and Wakefield Auto Sales of Main St is the one. They have the best prices with the cleanest cars and trucks. Alex was very helpful and professional throughout the deal. He let us look through everything before taking it out, gave us the time we needed to take tons of pictures which we sent to our mechanic over the phone who was shocked at the condition for the year, and through the pictures and sound of the motor was able to give us pointers for what to look for in that truck. Alex went with my husband for the test ride and made note of the minor things that needed to be fixed before we could buy it. Ken gave us a price range for what he saw from the pictures we had of our trade in and explained why there was a range to set our expectations. They took care of all the minor issues that we asked them to fix and kept in regular contact with us. When we went back to make the deal, we found out that they fixed more than we asked. Ken gave us exactly what we wanted for the trade in and made the deal very easy, friendly, and professional. I recommended them to my friends and family, and it was worth the 2.5 hour trip.

A month ago I got a 2007 Buick Lucerne from here for $5900 and when I took it to get the sticker the car did not pass inspection .The car had many issues and the mechanic told me that it was not safe to drive the car. These guys promised me that they check the car for all problems and kept the car for a week after I had paid for it saying that they need time to inspect the car before they give it to me which they obviously did not do but made me believe by keeping it for a week that I would trust them to check the car which again they did not do and now for me to get a sticker I have to spend $1500 which does not even fix all the issues. I understand that it is an old car and needs some fixing but these are all major issues .
Please don’t buy from these guys.

After 5 months the work that was done on car prior to receiving it had to be redone by my mechanic. If I could give a zero I would. Do not recommend at all

Wakefield is the place to be. they are very professional and love their job. I walked in met Alex who really proved he is exceptional. He took me for a road test for d Ford explorer which i loved right away. The process started and in 3 days i had my car. Wakefield auto sales ur the best kudos to Alex ant team
