I stopped in Wakefield Auto Gallery to check out a 2018 Acura TLX. I entered the shop early Wednesday morning, and Alex stood up to greet me warmly and made me feel comfortable. We talked, and he set me up on a test drive. I loved the car. Great vehicle. Better service. Alex is real. He isn't like other scummy used car dealers I dealt with before settling on this particular Acura TLX. He was upfront, honest, and took all the stress out of a major life purchase with step-by-step guidance. He's very good at what he does and a few minutes of working with him, you will know why yourself. I picked up my new car today (Friday) after dropping off my paperwork and he put on my plates AND my roommates on her vehicle (new registration). I went to Sunnyside Acura to get my inspection sticker and have a professional Acura mechanic look at it. After they performed their duties the staff informed me "you got a really nice used Acura."My confidence in Alex was justified. If I'm ever in the market for a different used car in the future, I will be checking in with Alex guarenteed.

I was contacted by my cousin who was looking at a Ford Transit Connect for his business and he met Alex at the dealership. Alex the sales person was very horrible did not even help out my sister he just told her to go look at the cars and see what she likes did not take the time to explain the car and then told her the ac dont work to good it might need freon when she went to tell him thank you he did not even acknowledge she was leaving and let her walk out by herself i would not recommend using that sales person he judged someone and did not take the time to help out after she explained her situation

Bought a beautiful 2016 Chevy tahoe from Alex. Very nice vehicles on the lot. Small dealership. Be patient with them as it is only a few people with a lot of demand. Communication isn’t as great as you’d like but customer service is great. Thanks Alex and team for helping us get into our new to us Tahoe!

If you're buying a car, do your research. There is no substitute for being well prepared. But, definitely put this place on your radar. Generally, dealing with car salesmen, is similar to invasive dental procedures. Alex was extremely easy to deal with. He knew what I wanted, and he went out of his way to make the deal happen for me. I couldn't be happier.

Buyer Beware! The other day I had went to auto gallery Wakefield with my girlfriends daughter to purchase her 1st car. I was ask for a 500.00 deposit. Absolutely, I provided the deposit, I asked if I would be getting my deposit back if for whatever reason the co-signer fell through. I was told that I would. Needless to say he was hoping I didn't have the receipt for the deposit because he was "so concerned" not letting me or my gf get my deposit back w out my receipt. After the car did not go through he then tells me that he's deducting 50.00 for running my girlfriend's credit. I was blindsided by this snake making sure he scammed me along with leaving me with the experience from HELL. It's not about the 50 dollars it's the principal he said I was getting it all back if it didn't go through.

I purchased a Luxury SUV from this business online. I put full faith in their honesty and professionalism with my financing and purchase and even assisting with my out of state titling back and forth with no disappointment. The vehicle listing was accurate and met my expectations upon arrival to Wakefield. I flew in from Alaska to pick up this vehicle and drive it back up the Alcan, a very strenuous and treacherous drive for any vehicle. My SUV performed flawlessly even Better than what I had expected. Alex who now I would like to call a friend along with the Wakefield staff, had my best interests as his top priority. They went out of their way to have my vehicle safety inspected, cleaned, and a new oil change to ensure it was prepared for the arduous journey across the North American continent. Alex and the others at Wakefield are real people and they will treat you as you treat them, in my case with respect and care for each others business and well being. I have never had a used auto sales team take care of me the way Wakefield Auto Gallery did, Incredible. You get back what you put in, if you don't want to put in the extra dollar, you're going to be less fortunate and not satisfied. What a great deal, value, and experience overall. Thanks so much!

I bought a car here and they were not willing to haggle at all for a very high price. No problem. Then they get mad and literally give me a fake key when i show up to get the car. BIGGEST SCAMMERS! My transmission was going even when I test drove it but i did not know what that felt like at the time. They did and didn't care! Made me purchase a warranty and they wouldn't fix the car/ would deny anything/everything. Now I still have a car payment for a dead car. AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS THE PLAGUE!

After so much car shopping in other places ended up randomnly at Wakefield auto and all I can say is amazing. The process was very proactive, quick and very communicative from start to finish. A really good experience of buying my preowned Chevy Traverse here. Good price and good condition. I greatly appreciate the happy faces in Wakefield Autogallery welcoming me any time I had a problem with my car, Alex and Danny.
