“Overall, I had a great experience, and the doctor I work with really treated my pets in a very gentle manner. The one thing I dislike, and I’ve noticed this practice the past couple years is them taking my cats into another room in order to vaccinate them. I know not to think this way, but it makes me feel uneasy. The other aspect is the insane cost involved with treating my pets. I understand it’s the nature of the business, but I wish there were ways that we could cut cost to lighten the burden on families somehow under constant financial strain”
“We have owned our almost seven year old Tabby indoor cat Enos now for almost three years. Dr. Poirier and her staff are always so gentle and caring with Enos and made sure he was comfortable throughout his visit. He only goes out for his annual physical and this was his third one. Enos is very healthy and it was great to hear Dr. Poirier's suggestions on keeping him healthy and at the right weight. Everyone at Borash Veterinary Clinic is so responsive and dedicated! I know Enos is in good hands!”

“I’m a brand new cat mom, I was worried about sneezing and just in general got her from a shelter wasn’t sure if everything they said was true or not so we went for our first visit. Dakota and Dr. Sam were so great! They were patient and kind. Took the time to answer my questions without making me feel incompetent ? obviously I want my girl Zoey to be healthy and thrive but I am happy to know we have someone to trust and care for her if we need it.POV you just left the vet and you realized your new people love and care about you. “We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians.The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff.The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.”

“I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.”

“Brea hasn't been in since June 2022. They called checking on Brea to see if she was okay or getting care somewhere else. I thought that was nice. When I called back, the woman listened and was understanding. I will continue to bring Brea here because of how caring the staff is.”
