“Thank you to all the wonderful caring staff at the VCA Lynnfield by the lake.
My 12 year old cat had her teeth cleaned a few weeks ago.
The staff was so kind to Autumn and us. We were concerned about the procedure. Dr Bouffard took time explaining what was going to happen. Dr. Bouffard called us the day after the procedure to see how Autumn was doing.
We have been taking Autumn to The VCA Lynnfield by the Lake since Autumn was a tiny kitten.
We highly recommend the VCA Lynnfield by the Lake Hospital.

“Has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a vet. My cat was recently diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease. They have been beyond helpful in answering all my questions, telling me which food to switch him to and what care he will need. They turned my panic about this diagnoses to a calm. Really happy I decided to take my cats to this vet. 100% recommend them.”
“One of my cats is super aggressive and gets turned away at vets but the vets here did a great job at handling her with care and made us feel supported. They were able to give her vaccines and bloodwork while allowing me to distract her.”

“Doctor Binder is truly amazing! Her compassion and kindness for her patients goes beyond words I could explain. She talks to them as if they were her own. She is very honest and will not do unnecessary testing without discussing all pros and cons first. I travel over 30 minutes to bring my cats and dog to her. The staff in the office are so nice and overall the most perfect vet office in my opinion. The one or two times I urgently had to bring my cat in and Dr Binder wasn’t there, the other vet in the office was just as kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
“We have a twelve week old pup and our introductory visit to this veterinary practice was terrific. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly (we met Gabby), and our vet tech Grace was super skillful, caring and efficient. Dr McCullough got right down on the floor and our pup sat in her lap for the exam, shot etc...what a great experience! She took her time with us and was informative and very kind. “We love City Cats! We've gone there for a few years now, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. We actually moved to the South Shore but still keep our appointments with City Cats, because they're that good. Dr. Palopoli and the other staff are so caring and I've always found the whole practice transparent in terms of pricing and test options. I've never felt 'taken advantage of' like I have in the past at other practices. Highly recommend :)”

“Craig Cox and his staff are beyond awesome! Watching him do an exam on your dog is so reassuring! He feels every inch for lumps bumps etc. He rotates their legs paws etc checking for limitation or pain. Orders age appropriate labs and is not an alarmist but discusses approaches with you. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our 4 th fur baby he was very supportive, accommodating and kind. I love that my dogs always saw the same vet who knew them well.we will Always be grateful to him and the BEST vet assistant ever Maria”

“Had a routine checkup for my dog, where he also got some shots. The office and exam rooms were both very clean. The vet and vet tech were so kind and caring of my pup, he was in great hands the whole time. They also provided me with useful information about heartworm and flea/tick medication that I asked for as well. Very good experience, would recommend!”

“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. “My family been using adams for forever and I been bring my animals for 25 years. And I had to recently put one of mine down at the emergency vet on Cabot and never told them about it. And they still went out of their way to send a card and hand wrote a whole big letter about my baby and wishing my family and I their condolences. “We had gone to bay state animal clinic for almost 11 years. They always gave such great care to our American bulldog and made her feel so special and loved. Over the past 2.5 years she battled Cushings disease and they were so great with helping us navigate that. When we had to finally say goodbye, they were exceptionally tender, kind, and empathetic. I’m so grateful for how they helped make those last moments so peaceful, calm, and full of love.”
