“We needed to replace a car that was in an accident quickly when my insurance company gave me 7 days for a rental car when it was determined my Lexus was totaled Will not mention their name (SF) never a claim in 40 years, and it took 3 weeks to get a check for a the minimal amount, cancelled (SF) that day. But this review is for Northeast Auto Gallery. I always dreaded the used car buying experience, it was similar to a Proctologist appt, you knew what was coming.
After several used car lots met that exaptation, I found the vehicle we were looking for at NAG in Wakefield. Being from NH it was a hike to see the car and was well worth the drive. Garen was profession, personable, and most important likable. No pressure, with an exceptional offering of vehicles. Contrary to anyone I have come across in the used or new car market wait for it,,,,, he kept his word. We had a brake issue after the sale and had a local shop take care it. With all of this if you are looking for a premium use care check these guys out. (He does have a couple sweet vets on the lot)”
