Excellent customer service. Prompt responses and very quick tow from accident. They were honest, upfront, and super communicative about repairs and coordinated very smoothly with our insurance company. Super grateful for hard working and trusting people like at Tecce’s. Would highly recommend.

My pristine 4 yr old Subaru Crosstrek was backed into. There was no question in my mind who I wanted repairing it. Larry goes to bat for customers to get genuine Subaru parts, installed and finished according to manufacturer's standards. The man is persistent in delivering quality work.

They did not do all the work that the insurance company paid them for and instead pocketed the money even after taking more than a month for a simple repair. Had I not been so young and naïve at the time I would have sued them and called up every possible business regulator in the State of Massachusetts. They took advantage of me.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic! We had to go there for two small repairs recently that were unfortunately not paid for by insurance, due to deductible limits and the bazztard 'hit and run' driver. I thought we would've had to make an appointment to have it checked out, but he checked the vehicle out both times right then and there, and we got the repairs done within days. Never had to go back to any issue, a great experience! And GREAT value! Subaru of Wakefield highly recommended Tecci and we can understand why ...

I brought my Subaru to Tecce's after a fender scrape in my parking spot. I was told elsewhere that the entire bumper would have to be replaced. Larry looked at it and said, you can replace the bumper, or I can touch it up with paint for you. He could have left the last part out - but he was true to his word, and I went back with touch up paint. He did a great job and did not charge me, and I can't say enough about the customer service he offered. While I hope I 'never' have to go to Tecce's again, if I need bodywork I will definitely return! Highly recommend.

I've worked with Larry and his team at Tecce for the last 4+ years - first with our Outback and now with our Ascent. We've had minor and major work done.Larry and his team do really great work - they are patient and honest and take the time to do the work the right way. So I have learned this week that there are some pretty bad people and some very nice people...I had gone shopping yesterday and as I was walking out I seen an old man touching and looking at my car.. he informed me that he thought it was his car....he walked away and that is when I noticed that something wasn't right with my car..I Took it to Subaru today and said " why does my door look like this?" Apparently my car was T-boned at the rim of my front passenger side tire well and that made my door bellow inwards...I started the week before of my vacation having to buy 4 new tires for my truck as I got a nail in it and couldn't be plugged, $1100. Dollars later and now this, UGH so Subaru handed me this card and I drove over to Tecce's and asked him how much this was going to cost?, how long will I be without my car?, Larry came out and looked at my car, he put his hand in the tire well and bent it, pressed on the door frame, and the door was back in place, he then proceeded to take another spot (when car was a week old, Armand fell into the car) I had left the dent there, Larry puts his hand in there, and presto, in 5 min. Fixed all the problems, that looked worse than it was and Larry Tecce was a honest businessman that could have easily taken my car in kept it for a week and charged me $1000. plus and I would not had known any better...He didn't charge me and wanted no payment. I can't tell you how much this man made me feel!!! I am double whammy , I'm a female and recently widowed and he was so honest with me!! NOW THIS IS GOOD BUSINESS...so if you need any repairs this is one honest company, Thank you So very much Larry Tecce. I also posted this on my facebook page. Lynne B.

Ya know how if you don't know much about cars it always feels like you're getting scammed? This was the opposite of that.I pulled my bumper a bit off my car. Initially, I took my car somewhere else and got a full $1000+ quote for a full bumper replacement. Then came here. The guy asked- "what do you want me to do." Which is the $1000 question. I want my bumper secured back to my car. I don't need or want a whole new bumper. He found the part, reattached it. Told me if it comes off again, I will likely need the bumper replaced- but this fix should be good. FIVE STARS FOR ASKING ME WHAT I WANT, and saving me $1000.Plus there was a cute dog in the office.
