This is the most amazing yin class I've ever taken - true self care and almost indulgent. Chanelle is a fantastic instructor.

The in person yin yoga class is one of my favorite Friday evening activities! It’s a great reset if it’s been a while since stretching or being in a yoga studio. Chanelle helps you to feel present and relaxed no matter what’s on your mind! I’ve also had the best facials ever with Chanelle, must try!
