There is never any pressure or gimmicks. Jeff will be upfront and honest about every aspect of the car; you never have to worry that you are getting the wool pulled over your eyes. Reynolds Auto came highly recommended to by another trusted local business owner, but Jeff and the experience exceeded our expectations. My husband and I recently found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of needing to purchase 2 vehicles after ours were totaled in a flood. Jeff was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and kind during the whole process. He never pressured us or tried to upsell. We ended up buying 2 cars from him and we are very happy with both.

This dealer was the most positive experience I have ever had with a potential car purchase. Jeff was very responsive, informative, personable and trustworthy. It’s a smaller operation than the big dealerships, but he seems to have a quality and well selected lot of cars and the service is definitely more personal and straightforward. No games and pressure like you can feel at many other places. I would strongly endorse this business.

So easy to work with! Very accommodating. Was impressed with their encouraging me to drive the car more than one time, and they let me go alone. Wanted to be sure I loved it. The car was impeccably detailed. Highly recommend Reynolds auto sales! And I still love my car months later.
