I always enjoy going to Rada's Boutique because she has excellent customer service and a fun, playful sense of style. She also has unique, beautiful items. No matter your size, age or body type, she will find the right jacket, accessory or jewelry to complement or level up your look. Now, my husband knows where to shop for gifts for me!

I had a great experience at Rada Boutique. Ended up leaving with two pairs of jeans, two shirts and a pair of earrings. The jeans were a perfect fit! Everyone there was super helpful! I would recommend going there!

Shopping at RADA's Boutique is truly an experience! It's like having my own stylist as Rada puts pieces together that I never would've have imagined. I receive compliments all the time when I wear something from her place and I do feel “fabulous!†She also makes me laugh while choosing outfits and accessories to make me look good!! I can always find gifts for friends and family, too!! The only problem is some of those gifts never end up making it to the intended recipient . I keep most of them

I never leave a bad review for any small business! But even one star is plenty ! But this woman pushed it! Brought clothes for the first time to her, she basically ignored each message I send to see if she had sold anything, not once did she ever responded ! Not once! I have consigned my clothing for 20 years , sadly Second Time Around closed ! I gave this one a shot and never again ! Unorganized! Doesn't have the type of clients she wants to be perceived ! This is not a high-end store.

I walked into the store with the intention of trying one thing on and I ended up finding a couple of beautiful pieces. When I went back to exchange an item, I met Rada and she was so helpful in styling me. It's hard to find such customer service these days and everyone was wonderful with making suggestions without making me feel pressured to buy something that wouldn't work for me. I will definitely be back and would recommend this store!

If I had a choice to no star I would ! I was a new consigner- Dropped off items over 2.5 months ago..called to see if she has sold anything, didn't get response ! Called and send messages, attempted 4 times to get a response, nothing! Today I asked the owner, Rada , in a message to wrap everything, I'm done with her and her business ! Terrible ! Truly terrible , won't go there! To add I almost never put a bad review for any small businesses, but she has given me no choice, after 4 attempts to simply get a response " have you sold anything ? " Nothing!!! Horrible way of doing business !

If you are tired of shopping in the big stores and want personalized service, this is the place. Rada and her staff are very accommodating, and will assist you in finding the perfect item. I love shopping in both her Wakefield and Melrose stores.

I visited Rafa's boutique with a friend yesterday for the annual Melrose Main Street Festival. First, I will say, Rada is a very fun and fabulous person. Upon entering she kindly greeted us and gave a demonstration of one of the necklaces we were admiring. It's easy to tell, she loves what she does and is very educated on the products she sells. Her boutique is very unique and not at all for the close-minded fashionista, as there are some very eclectic yet bold garments and jewelry within. My friend purchased these cute pompom earrings and I got a very beautifully sewn scarf. Rada only had that one scarf in stock, but took my friend's info to contact her after she located another one at her other store in Wakefield. It's most definitely a fun place to visit and Rada and her staff are very kind and fun 😊
