“We rarely check the gauge on our propane tank because in the 10+ years that we've lived in our home it has not needed a lot of attention (only used for cooking). Insert Karma which shined on us midway through cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner after what felt like so many holidays where we weren't able to safely gather. Our hopes were low for an emergency delivery, but Bill saved the day! He was friendly, understanding, quick to respond, and truly saved our holiday. “Listen people, U-Haul isn't awful and it's not amazing. It's perfectly usable but you have to take the responsibility on yourself for the entire process. I got a truck with the check engine light on and got that changed out for another one. I took videos and photos of the truck after getting it, like everyone should so you don't get ripped off.It sucks that you have to take on all this *WHILE* moving, but it is what it is”

“I had a u box and thought it was n one location, but was then told Somerville and went to the other uhaul.It ended up being at this one and I didn't know you had to call ahead to empty it out.Fortunately it was on the earlier side of a sat and they were not busy, so they pulled my box out so I could empty it.They seriously did me a solid and the right thing as it would probably be easy to just say you need to make a reservation.The guy who pulled the box was spot on... a couple of times I needed to talk to someone in the office, they were more interested in the pats game than helping me, but I only mention that as you'll probably not want to go during that time (or maybe it's a good time as it was slow?!?)”

“This review solely relates to the store where they sell moving and packing supplies. I am not reviewing the storage aspect of this business, since i have never used this particular service. I was in search of a shipping box approximately 25-27" L x 26" W x 17-18" Tall. My first stop was the UPS Store, who wanted $26.00 for this box! Outrageous! My next stop was here. Virtually the same box was only $7.95. The lady at the register was very kind and professional. I found what i needed in just a few minutes, after comparing a few different sized boxes to make sure they were the correct size I needed to ship an item by carrier. I accomplished my mission in about five minutes! Next time I need shipping/moving supplies this is where I am purchasing them from!”

“Amerigas decided our propane tank needed replacement. They called well ahead of the actual visit to let us know they would doing that and that we didn't need to be at home. When the crew arrived, they simply removed and then replaced the tank, which was then filled via a delivery tanker. The individuals were efficient and easy to approach. One came to the door to explain that they would weigh the tank to determine how much gas remained, for a full refund that will be applied to the next bill. Easy and fast. Thanks!”
