Wow, I am in shock at how bad the customer service was at this company! I wanted to book a GO-Mini and Bob had told me he would call me the next day and get my card number and book the reservation he calls me weeks later to confirm a reservation for tomorrow...umm what? He never bothered to call back as he said he would the next day it all seemed very odd because I was ready to give him the card number that day and book it. But I am glad I didn't because it seems like he doesn't have a clue whats going on really! I am glad I went with MIBOX instead! They have better pricing as well!

I used this company for 5 moves. the first 4 moves (2005, 2008, 2012 and 2015, all local) were fantastic. i never had a doubt in booking them for any move. this most recent move (2018) was HORRIBLE. First. they used a makeshift chute/ramp made out of cardboard to send our boxed items down a long flight of stairs instead of carrying them down as has been done in past moves, which caused at least one tub to open up and spill its contents on the floor. Second. it was winter and snow was on the ground, as well as salt/sand and they did not plastic wrap ANY of our furniture. this resulted in dings to some of our wood furniture but it also got dirt from the floor of the truck all over our loveseat which they put on its side. Third. while they came with two men, they only used one man to move large items such as mattresses and giant wardrobe boxes. they dinged up the walls of our apartment (not a big deal as we were moving out, but they werent much more careful at our new home which had just been freshly painted and hardwood floors redone). There was also a lot of idle and wasted time, the men were out of breath, huffing and puffing. we ended up helping them move several items!! Fourth. We were overcharged by $100. Fifth. Our move was two weeks ago as of the writing of this review. I emailed a rep the afternoon of the day we moved to say id be calling in the morning with some issues. I then called the next day. We have continued to call, email and text representatives as well as the owner, Matt Taylor, and have not received any sort of response to our concerns after two weeks. this forced us to contest the entire charge on our credit card. Their flat our refusal to communicate with us is very disturbing, particularly given that i am a past, repeat customer. I dont know what has happened to this company, but i will never use them again nor will i recommend them to anyone. I am happy to post an update if we should actually get resolution to our satisfaction.

Highly recommend Taylor! This is the 3rd time that I've used them for an out of town local move. The crew has been courteous, professional, and in beast mode every time. Not one belonging has ever been damaged or lost. Our Queen box spring mattress did not fit up our new narrow, turning staircase. They brought it up through a 2nd floor window with ease. Incredible. I can't say enough good things about this company.
