Experience is always been good but it's getting pricey day by day! Services vary based on what you do I assume like in the past with manicure they used to give shoulder massage,last few times it did not happen, today it happen but in manicure hand massage was missed, so if there are lot of customers some things are skipped or expedited, but Experience is always good ?

I just had the worst manicure. First she cut my nails to short when I said not to sander explain nails thin she did not like it .I will never back left all around nails white .

Had a regular pedicure here today and the experience felt rough, rushed, and lazy. My biggest gripe is that they didn't put much attention at all to my cuticles and callus, which made my pedicure feel incomplete. The salon is huge though with over 15 pedicure stations. You can also easily make your appointments online which is nice and appreciated. I am open to giving this place another try in the future but my experience definitely fell flat here today. UPDATE: The Manager had reached out and apologized for my experience here (was told that the girl who did my pedicure today was new and that they will make efforts to do better next time). Perhaps this was just an isolated one off experience. I thought that the Manager came across very sincere and genuinely cared about my experience here which was very positive.

Never again! I've had lots of trouble with appointments at Aria lately but today was the last straw!!! I took 2 appointments for ten am for me and my daughter. This was to be a special bonding time and I haven't treated myself to a manicure in years. I have had two really tough weeks and I was looking forward to doing something nice for myself. Aria had other plans. They decided appointments don't mean anything and neither does the time of their clients. They took my daughter on time at 10 but didn't come for me until 10:30!!! Literally THIRTY minutes late!! At no point did anyone even come over to talk to me about the delay!! They just decided my time didn't matter to them! I couldn't even get a manicure at that point because my daughter was already done. Bonding opportunity and self care moment both completely missed Shame on you Aria!!!

Staff were very nice, my friend and I walked in without an apt and got pedicures. We didn’t have to wait. I did the shea butter pedicure, she did the lavender. Very nice foot/leg massage with hot stones, and at the end while our toes were drying they gave us a quick shoulder massage which felt lovely.
Cleanliness: They opened fresh tools to do the pedicure/callous scrub, and used a plastic liner in the foot bath.

Just left here from an appointment with my mom we were seen 15 minutes late, which is fine. I was seen even later than that, but was sitting with my mom as they began her service. I had to ask if someone was coming to help me after sitting there for a but longer. My toenails still have dead skin and dried nail polish around them. My service tech was really sweet overall but the job she did was not great. I didn't notice til we left as we had other issues to deal with. My mom booked appointments for herself to get a manicure and a pedicure and they did not even see her for the manicure! They told her to come back after 1230. My mom clarified that she had an appointment and they were apologetic, but we left because we had already been there long enough. Poor time management and service.

Came in for a pedicure. Made an appointment since it's a Friday afternoon. Promptly met with Amy, my vibrant and cheerful technician. No high pressure sales here, and the vibe is clean and tranquil. Toes look perfect. Her massage was gentle and perfect amount of pressure . She checked in to make sure I liked the polish before proceeding with painting all my nails. Will be back for sure.

E.and.my partner got mani and pedi took 20 minutes to for pedi's crooked toe nails no cuticle removal! Our hands took 15 minutes no soaking no cuticle removal nail polish chipped after one day. I would never go back!

Really heavy on pushing additional services. Don’t pay an extra charge for longer lasting nail polish. Doesn’t work.

I have been getting pedi forever. This has to be the nicest/place ever and so clean and you can see everything they use. I have been to very high end Spa. A "regular" price Pedi is a definite "SPA PEDI. They don't push their upgrades, they just ask...part of their job. The timer is essential - otherwise we'd all want to be massaged forever :))). The hot towel. Oil bags on toes - the neck massage when toes are drying - wonderful! I would say NEVER say Pedi & Mani - you will get the Mani while in Pedi chair - this is normal everywhere. If you want a Mani - wait to ask when you are drying your toes. I wouldn't go anywhere else since I have been to ARIA. LOVE IT

My nails came out beautiful! The tech took his time and made sure I liked it throughout the whole process. By far the best nail experience I’ve had in Mass. Little on the pricy side but I’d pay again and again for the service!

My partner and I booked two pedicures here. We were seated at the same time and initially everything seemed fine. The salon was not busy. I noticed that there was a timer going off repeatedly which had been set by my partner’s manicurist. I also noted that she was spending very little time for each service; scrub literally squeezed on to his legs, rubbed around once or twice, same with massage, and then she seemed to be finishing up?? I’m saying to myself, “did she even remove his cuticles or cut/file/exfoliate at all???” I was somewhere between massage and the parafin gel thing, and he was made to get out of his chair. When we were leaving, I went to the desk and told them what had happened. They tried to say the difference in the time was because I had polish. Had to argue with them and told them they should refund my partner. They did so after a lot of arguments. Now I see other reviews about being rushed, timers going off, etc. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience it it was anything but. Find another salon!
