Mediocre selection, not what it used to be
Not sure what you're talking about? I was here a few years ago, bought a nice Partagas. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for a gift for a friend. I asked a question about the lighters and got a mumbled response then was promptly ignored. I didn't even bother asking about humidors after that.

Poor customer service and extremely rude owner. There are much better options for cigars in Wakefield
Edit to respond to owner. The fact is you were closed 30 minutes earlier than what your own window and all your business listings show and then got pissy when I pointed it out. This isn't the first time you've failed to be open during posted hours. Why lie to your customers?

Being a smoke shop I was told that they had really cool lighters. I was looking for a small but cool gift for some one so I went in and they had so many different types and some were so cool. I bought a lighter that looked like a grenade and it turned out to be such a great gift the person loved it. When they lost it I went back to the smoke shop and got another lighter in a cool shape. I also was a Customer when I needed a refill.The customer service was great. They helped me with what I needed. And I will for sure go back.

Came to google to confirm hours and got lost in the reviews. Laughing because all of the 1 star reviews also have a 5 star review of Towne News & Smoke Shop and are clearly fake. Sending another 5 star for Mark’s because it’s the best and doesn’t need fake reviews like the other guys clearly do!

Always the best. He didn't have what I was looking for ((Nubs)) but suggested a nice alternative ((Nicaraguan short boy)). Great selection of Rocky Patel and Drew Estate standards. CovidSafe, hooked me up with matches and a free cut. +++++
