Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional authorized notary—every document he has notarized for me has been accepted without any issues, which has been a huge relief. I know this because I’ve had documents notarized elsewhere that were rejected (apostille and other real estate related documents from California) but since I started going to Jason, I’ve never had a single problem. He is meticulous, efficient, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, Jason, along with the rest of the team, provides such efficient and friendly service. Whether I’m shipping packages, or getting documents notarized, they always ensure everything is done right and fast. The store is well-organized and clean. I can’t recommend this location enough! Jason and the Woburn UPS Store team, hands down, are the best I have seen in the business - not amongst UPS stores but also all logistics businesses I have been to.”
“This is a great UPS location! Everyone working here is friendly, and I was always greeted when came in even it when it was for a quick check of my mailbox. I rented a mailbox at this location for two years and I never had any issues.When I moved out of state, the lady working there offered to extend my box for a month for free, and willing to ship any letter I may get during the transition. I am very pleased with the service I got.”

“I brought a large Amazon furniture purchase to the North Reading UPS store to return. John told the me the cost of the return was close to the cost of the item. He then provided me with a 1-800 number to use to contact Amazon and ask for a reimbursement or refund. He then carried the VERY heavy item and placed it back into my minivan. After successfully using this 1-800 number, I brought the item back to his shop today and he proceeded to carry the item back into his shop from my car and process the return and provide me with receipts needed to receive refund from Amazon. Great customer service and shop, John!”

“I was there on Saturday and there was one worker and one customer,then me.The worker started helping me as he was able to he was running a fax. I had 4pieces of cable equipment. The worker was nice and helpful. He was able to help the other customer and myself. Very patient, very professional. Liked that the store opened at 9 instead of 10 on a Saturday. “Good little store. Very clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do printing and a shipping. They are fairly quick too. Parking is hit or miss here, and is right off route one. It’s location stinks, wish is was in a better spot.”

Needing explanation, I reviewed it with her, she understood it perfectly, gave me an estimate, I accepted - and then she completed it within minutes. It was perfect. On top of Eve's expertise, and efficiency, her social skills were exceptional. She is obviously an important asset to the office which no doubt has a wide variety of jobs and customers coming in each day. Eve is the epitome of best practice.”

“Pretty painless. Walked in, a girl glasses said hi, ushered me to the counter, took my package, scanned it and was done in 30 seconds. Quick and easy for returns. I don’t live in this area so I was expecting a horror story but nope, pretty easy time.”

“I wonder if all the negative reviews are from people trying to keep folks from coming here because it's actually a really good UPS store.
I've had to return Amazon packages a few times, and never had an issue. Every time I walk in, show them the code, and walk out in less than 20 seconds.
As for shipping-shipping, last time I went in was over Christmas, and I had a lot of packages for various people, and the person running the shop was extremely helpful and efficient.”

I spoke to Mary the owner of the store and i couldn't have been more satisfied on every level. she assured me that she would personally pack and ship the item and we discussed the packing of the object to ensure its safety. the package arrived safe and sound and i have to say that very rarely do you meet someone who takes the time and concern to do a wonderful job.
