My mother is on Oxygen 24/7 the electric oxygen machine is not working properly they called at 11:00 pm on 10/12023 said someone would be out. My dad called and hour later and they said no it was to late to come out. We have a few small tanks - Not sure what that company doesn't understand when you say the electric oxygen machine is not working and someone needs it to stay alive. The red and yellow lines could also cause a fire where who know what the red and yellow lines mean. Plus this is a new machine , my mother was suppose to get it and it took months to get the new machine.AFTER GOING THROGH THE PHONE TREE TWICE - THEY HANG UP ON YOU 10-2-2023 . THIS HAPPENS TO BE A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION FOR SOME PEOPLE .

These people call me at least two or three sometimes five times per day asking me if I want to order more supplies. For the first 20 or 30 times I asked them to please stop calling me that I would call them and each time they were bordering on rude and I could tell they were trying to get me off the phone but they wanted me to place my order before I hung up. I have told them every time to put me down for one call per year or one call every two years and that will be sufficient and several times they have said that yes they would but then the next day I get two or three more calls. No longer pick up so when I see their calls come in I let them go to voicemail. Literally every single day of the week at least one sometimes two sometimes as many as 5 calls per day asking me if I want to order more cpap supplies. Absolute disgrace and nobody should do business with this company.

Terrible phone service and generally unhelpful. Based on all these negative reviews it's clear that they know how bad they are but simply don't care.

absolute nightmare dealing with these people who do not let you speak, no compassion for people that need health care, zero supplies but charge you, pointing blame on insurance company, threatening you if not in the compliance that they set, I am suffering now because they will not help me with my apnea! disgusting humans!

I went through the Wilmington facility to obtain a wheelchair for my mother. Staff was very helpful and sympathetic to the needs of my mom as far as dealing with Medicare and her PCP. They got it done and Tina went well beyond to assist me in obtaining the chair. I would recommend this facility.

The service Lincare has provided me over the last year has been truly terrible. Specifics follow. In December 2021 I was prescribed a CPAP device to be filled by Lincare, but because of the shortage of CPAP devices they were not able to provide one until August. During that time I called Lincare 7 times to find out the status of the order. Each time I reached a representative who said they couldn't provide any information but promised that someone would call me back. That was fine, except no one ever called me back, not even once in 7 tries, even when I described what had happened in earlier calls. There was one exception: once I was placed on hold for 35 min. and then they hung up. I understand the shortage was not Lincare's fault but would have liked to know how fast they were receiving devices, where I was in the queue, and any other information that might have been helpful. Since this happened 7 times over 8 months it's hard to avoid the conclusion that Lincare made a corporate decision to lie to its clients, ignore them, and leave them completely in the dark. My next encounter was in December 2022 when I called to order supplies. After trying to get me to order a lot of stuff I didn't need they accepted my order. Two weeks later they contacted me saying that I had to prove I was using the device to obtain the supplies. They wanted me to spend an hour on the road driving to their office and back with my CPAP SD card so they could read it and verify my usage. I proposed emailing the contents of the card to them, placing them in cloud storage and sending the link, or sending them the UserID and password of the web site that records my CPAP data. None of that was acceptable, but they said I could mail the SD card to them which I did. Over the next 2 months I called Lincare Boston office repeatedly to find out what was happening. Twice the Boston number forwarded to the home office where they couldn't help me, 4 times I waited 15 to 20 min. but no one answered, once someone answered and said someone would call me back but no one did, and finally someone picked up and said "Hello", I said "Is this Lincare", and they immediately hung up. Twice I called the main office number and was told that a previous order was cancelled because they still needed proof of use, and that I needed to work it out with the Boston office. Finally I again tried the main office and was told that proof of use was no longer needed and they took my order for the third time. At this time I have no idea if I'll actually receive the order or ever get my SD card back. This level of customer service is atrocious. To be fair most of the representatives at the home office were sympathetic and tried to help. On the other hand the Boston office staff either did not answer, lied, or were rude when they did. It's hard to understand how a company could provide a poorer support experience than Lincare, and I suggest anyone who is interested in the services they provide look elsewhere.

I have been calling for weeks to get my supplies delivered they said they delivered two orders since the end of July. Come to find out someone changed my address and my supplies were going to someone in Wakefield. Another person told me I wasn’t in the system anymore. Another told me it would months to get this problem resolved. I have been hand washing all my supplies and the nose pillows are not working anymore. I spoke to the office manager today and she said she’ll call me back today. no call. In the meantime my insurance company is paying for supplies I’m not getting.My next call is to my insurance company.

Unprofessional delivery drivers. One in particular named Michael kuteesa who is making propositions of marriage for a green card so much so that he paid an employee( former) for this company $10grand for a green card and she quit working for this company and still no green card. Yeah, nice personable people you hire at this company. To say the least. This company will never get my business.

Worst customer service ever. Hire better people and you wont have these major issues. Just to think that people with disabilities use this place for medicalequipment...and at the same time get treated horribly by the staff that take the phone calls. The lady who answered said shes been working there for over 10 years..yeah 10 years too long to be mistreating every client/patient that calls for assistance but gets the wicked witch from the hell!!. People beware of this so called place of business. They scare me or the women who answers the phone who's been working there for 10 years does. Plus they have equipment delivery drivers offering to pay people for green card. He already paid a former employee $10 grand and after she quit working for lincare now he's still employed there ..I'm wondering how..oh I know how cause they're under staffed and desperately need drivers who by the way are supposed to be legal to work here and carry themselves respectfully and professionally not paying people they work alongside with money for a green card. This company should be ashamed. Thank God they'll never ever get my business.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. The customer service and follow through is non existent. I can not believe they are still in business. Ownership take note. If your not out of business now you soon will be with how you treat your customers.
