If you've been car shopping you know that at times it can be a stressful experience. Sometimes places show certain inventory but then when you get there they do not have the vehicle because it's either in service or someone else scooped it up before you. Other places can be downright pushy even with limited inventory in your interest/price range. Liberty Mazda is not like that. They are organized and respectful. After shopping around at a lot of other dealers I had more or less settled on buying a CX-5 but couldn't find the right fit. Luckily here they had the perfect fit for me both in price and in features. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm also happy to say that we were treated with respect throughout the entire purchasing process. Finally I want to thank Liberty Mazda for providing me with a courtesy vehicle for a few days while we waited for the title to come in for my new car. This reduced stress on my husband and I substantially as I had been without a vehicle due to a total loss car accident. All in all a great experience, thank you Liberty Mazda.

Cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff there was passive at best or even condescending when talking to, worst dealership I've ran into so far.

Aiden at the Liberty Mazda helped check me in and went over everything for my first service. It made it super easy and a great experience. They sent a video of under my car and explained everything they checked which I appreciated. I definitely recommend going here for service.

I walked in without an appointment and no history of doing business, hoping to return my lease, and the process was done within 45 minutes. The gentleman who greeted me at the front desk provided excellent service and made the process clear and easy for me. I didn’t find out until I was almost done that he was the GM! Thank you to James and everyone who helped me at Liberty Mazda. They provided the kind of service everyone deserves when they walk into a dealership.

Rafael made everything super easy during the sales process. Test drove a CX-50 and signed within an hour. Tom was also helpful during the finance part of the deal. Overall, a great experience at Liberty Mazda!

I made an appointment through their online chat system for Sunday 3pm, and when I arrived the door was locked and there wasn’t a single person there, even though they were supposed to be open until 4pm. I reached out to the chat agent again and they told me to call the dealership but no one picked up. This completely wasted my time and effort coming here.

Big waste of time. I made an appointment through text and was told to come in at 3 PM on a Sunday, but when I arrived no one was there and the showroom is closed. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
On Google it says that the place should be open until 4 PM.
