I can't say enough good things about this place. Eric and Joe go above and beyond other body shops. My car has been in their shop twice in the past 3 months (2 accidents), and both times they fought with the insurance company's claims adjustors to make sure that the parts and labor that I needed, to restore my car to its before crash condition, were approved and paid for by insurance. They are honest, tenacious and caring about their work, and they will not let the car leave their property until it is in top condition inside and out.

My car had damage in the rear. They determined the lift gate, rear sensors needed to be replaced. All replaced with OEM parts eventhough insurance company wanted them to user older parts. They fixed everything better then new! Paint, bumper, chrome, sensors, camera, life gate and much more! Paint was perfect and get this they changed my battery. I pick up today and entire truck inside and out detailed better then new! Highly recommend them.

J&A is hands down the best body shop I have ever worked with, they are reliable and so easy to work and communicate with, they go above and beyond for their customers and my car looks better than the day I bought it. Eric is very knowledgeable and will fight for what you deserve, and his guys are the best in the business, I highly recommend them and will not be going anywhere else whenever I need body shop needs.

I can't describe enough the incredible work Joe Ciampa, his colleague Eric Capolupo and the staff at J & A did on my 1998 Camry that had major rust rot on the back right wheel well and quarter panel as well as repairing the Fuel door from a rotted spring that would not allow it to close. As you can see from the attached pictures. This was a monster effort and took almost 2 weeks to complete. They treated my car like it was their own and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor back in 1997! They now have a new customer for life and I will be telling everyone during any car conversation I have going forward to bring their car to J & A Auto Body for work needed. My car is 27 years old and they were able to make it look brand new. Extremely impressed that they would take this difficult task on and then complete it with 5 star service. Thank you J & A!!!!!!!!!!

Your search for the best in auto body repair is over!! J & A Auto Body in Wakefield is the absolute very best!! Don’t go anywhere else! They did an exceptional job repairing my BMW Z4 sports car… it looks brand new now! They possess the highest level of integrity, honesty, workmanship and customer service. I recommend them without hesitation and would definitely use them again. They treated me as if I was their favorite family member! The were friendly, honest, and trustworthy, and explained everything to me regarding what needed to be done. Eric was such a tremendous help to me and dealt successfully with my insurance company claim adjuster to get me the maximum amount approved for my insurance claim. He saved me several thousand dollars on my claim! They went above and beyond in everything they did! My car looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor when I picked it up … they even detailed it! Joe, Eric, and Alex are the very best! You won’t find anyone better than them!!

As a repeat customer with my Lincoln MKZ, Eric and his staff have once again exceeded my expectations. Eric and his staff have such a high level of quality which results in my car looking as if it just rolled off the assembly line. What I appreciate most about getting my car repaired here is the transparency Eric provides; whether it’s about navigating the nebulous insurance process, or explaining the damage and how he plans to repair it. Furthermore, as someone who does not know much about cars, I appreciate the time Eric takes to provide advice for future reference about the car repair lifecycle and how to advocate for myself. Superior Quality Auto Body with outstanding personalized service! Eric, Joe & Alex are true professionals! My insurance company was pressing me to go to their Auto Body Shop and J&A went to bat for me to got everyting in the claim and made sure nothing was overlooked. They even gave my vehicle an oil change!
If your vehicle needs any kind of auto body repair... don't take a chance on it being done right, choose J&A! I couldn't recommend them more!

J&A did a fantastic job repairing a scratch I put in our new vehicle with a snow brush. I really did a number on it, right through the paint, about 3-4inches long right under the handle. Eric broke down every detail of how the repair would be done, giving me a strong assurance that they were doing it right. The price he quoted was even better than a competitor in Wakefield who outlined a completely different plan that didn’t even mention needing to reprogram the computer because of the air bags in the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We’ll be having all our future work done at J&A.

Unfortunately I had reason to use J&A twice this year. Fortunately I used J&A to repair two cars after accidents. They do great work and communicate about issues or delays. The tell you about your insurance company responsiveness. I highly recommend them if you need work done

I cannot say enough great things about J & A auto and the service I received from Eric and Joe! Without their support in helping call the insurance company, I would have had out of pocket expenses and paid several hundreds of dollars for a rental car! Eric helped me so much by getting the answers from the insurance company and literally helping me call them when I was in his office. I couldn’t have done it without him. They were so flexible in scheduling my car to be fixed when I was out of town in Italy, so I wouldn’t be without a car for too long. They are so trustworthy, transparent, and take the best care of you as the customer and your car! You can tell they are truly passionate and care about you as a customer. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect and even detailed it before pickup. I would 1000% recommend J&A to all my family and friends! Before and after photos below.

I'm very happy with J&A. I shopped around for multiple quotes. Joe took the time to explain the repair process in detail, and pointed out where it would be important to avoid cutting corners to avoid pain pealing in the future. Another shop wanted to take the shortcut...and they were going to charge more!
I got my car back on time, and found everything looking like new. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car too!
I hope I don't need their services again, but this would be the shop that I'd go to.
