I had my car towed from a different car repair place (near where it broke down) to my mechanic and they took care of it within 2 hours... they were in touch with the shop where it was originally stored overnight and took care of getting it to my mechanic without issue! One call and done! They even updated me along the way and called when it arrived. A very Stressful event was made better! Thank you!

This place is fantastic, they have an employee named Vincent who does not shy away from a little work and has the compassion to know when someone calls and needs their help. Thats how all these tow places should be. That when you call them you get the feeling like someone cares and is going to help you at whatever cost.

My Mini Cooper broke down on Nahant St in Wakefield. I called Howes and they did come quickly. The driver showed up in a pickup truck with a tow cradle on the back. It absolutely would have damaged the car. When I asked if he had a real tow truck (in my nicest voice) he took off. I was able to drive it home late night with flashers at no kidding 10 mph. Bad fuel pump.

They seem to have reasonable rates. The driver was there within 20 minutes of me calling, which seemed pretty prompt considering where I was located from where they are. The driver took my car away and dropped it off at the mechanic for me. He was even thoughtful enough to make sure that I had everything I needed out of my car before leaving.

The drivers were careless and dented both sides of my car when trying to put the straps on the front tires. The heavy metal clips slammed into the car and dented both sides above the wheel. i saw the drivers wrap the hooks in a sweatshirt and I thought it was to prevent damage on to find later they actually did it after they already dented it. When I called the owner, instead of being an honest businessman he told me he wasn't paying for it. Didn't deny they did it, just told me he wouldn't pay for it and call my insurance company.
