I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting standard airport hotel with plenty of beige and dated decor. I was so wrong! Seems to be recently renovated and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also decent, if standard, hotel fare.

My room was very worn and out of date. I ended up cutting my vacation short because I wasn’t comfortable. The hotel was large and felt safe, but the rooms really need to be updated. Also, I was on the ground floor with a window that looked straight into the bus pickup so I couldn’t open my curtain the entire time I was there. I would not stay there again.

The first room we went to on check in, which was supposed to be non smoking wasn't updated and 100% smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The front desk was accommodating and moved our room. The new room was updated and had no smell of smoke. Very nice. The bar tender was annoyed with how much water we drank. The breakfast buffet was nice. They had oatmilk for coffee over the weekend but not on Monday.
Nearby activities: Short drive from Salem, MA
Food and drinks: Martinis are whoa expensive at the hotel bar.

I had 2 rooms reserved (and I requested them to be connected, if possible). I also requested a crib to be set up in one of the rooms. When I arrived late in the evening at the front desk, they already had my keys set aside, were able to accommodate the connecting rooms, and had already set up a crib in one room. I was pleasantly surprised! We also thought the complimentary breakfast was GREAT. They had some Halloween decorations out front and in the lobby, which my kids loved. Would definitely stay here again!

Just great service , wad quiet , friendly , clean room. Breakfast was a great bonus , there was a gym and pool . It was only a weekend get away . But if in the area would definitely stay again .

Excellent hotel, but does not have a restaurant. You need to walk about 10 minutes to a nearby shopping center.
Nearby activities: Very good shopping center.
Walkability: Possibility to go on foot.

We had our wedding room block and after party here. The entire staff was great to work with. The rooms were awesome for getting ready, the bar is perfect for a wedding after party, and all of our guests had a great stay.

Great location and felt cozy surrounded by the beautiful trees in the fall. Customer service was above and beyond. Our room was outdated with mold in the windows and fire alarm that kept going off when taking an hot shower. The lobby,restaurant, staff, and location made up for the room.

This place was supposed to be nice and I guess used to be 4 stars, but now it's pretty dumpy especially for the price you pay. Breakfast was descent, but just barely.

It was the perfect spot for our 55th high school reunion. The room for the group & the room with the buffet set up both worked very nicely. It was easily located & I'm fairly certain the out of towners had no problem finding their way. It was a nice night all around.

Came here for vacation for the weekend toilet experience was heavenly my poop was amazing and the toilet was as soft as a baby's bottom and had extra toilet paper waiting for me

The staff was amazing, I booked the wrong dates and the manager was great with canceling my non refundable booking and getting me into another room, the breakfast was great as well. the rooms were very clean and every staff member had a smile and were very welcoming
