WIDE variety of anything you can think of. Great meats, fresh baked breads & Italian desserts, produce & beautifully done "fruit" baskets. Worth a trip daily.

If you like stale pastries go here! Used to be a descent place but has gone downhill in a hurry! Try some place else for fresher foods and desserts!

While the food I purchased was wonderful, the cashier that I dealt with was extremely unfriendly and rude to the point of “why are you working this job”?? Unreal. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with anybody that rude before. Won’t be going back.

Bakery? So bake it. Taste frozen. Girl who waited on us was not kind. Prices sky high. Cut watermelon was good but 8$ wowwa. We have been going here for a long time. No one is friendly

I'm not sure where people see the value in this place. Prepared food is not good and lacks taste. Plus the majority of the food they create is really expensive. Match the sub par food with the employees who seem like they'd rather be elsewhere and can't answer simple questions, there are other offerings within driving distance that have taste and won't break your bank account.

There are several things I love about this store. Their produce is great. Good selections of salads, pastas and some cold deli. Everything I buy tastes good. This place has expensive non-perishable goods, but I found some fruits are cheaper than other stores, like apples and watermelon. Overall a good grocery store, with less customers and a pleasant environment.

Some items are good here. The chicken cutlets and homemade pesto are very good. But beware of the bakery. I bought a blueberry loaf that was full of mold. I brought it back and they didn’t even seem to care. No apology, nothing Didn’t even blink an eye. Would never buy baked goods there again.

Loved their produce selection and their meat section as well. however, the prices are not that loving. Only bought fruits and went to market basket for everything else

Nice clean friendly place...yet, I can't see myself paying $8.99 / lb for chicken on a stick...way way over priced

A true Wakefield tradition for limited groceries and specialty foods with a bakery included. Quality is excellent on all offered, but prices are high, but most Wakefieldians don't mind paying higher prices. They offer a catering service for pickup also and an extensive deli.

Their prices have always been high but are now astronomical. Quality has always been unpredictable. Employees are dismissive and make you feel like an imposition.

Really disappointed in their quality of food lately. We have been going to the Farmland for over 20 years and we never had an issue with the food. But we do now. What I have experienced recently is their salads contain old brown lettuce and old tomatoes. Definitely not fresh. They used to have the freshest salads of anywhere around. They are also half the size they used to be. I would rather they keep their salads fresh but charge more money if necessary. I also purchased a quart of their clam chowder-literally no clams in there- just potatoes!! Farmland please do not ruin your reputation with non quality food!
