I am very happy with Extra Space Storage in Wakefield. I am renting a nice, clean, easy to access unit. Kristina was very helpful, she answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the move in process smooth.

Unfortunately, my storage unit rent went up this month from $170 to $250 ( after 10 months ), and the second unit went up from $130 to $231 after 4 months. So the rates went up $180 / month for me this month. The manager always tried to help and make adjustments based on the rates for their other units but not this month . I was told to call back several times that she would try and help me but each call let to no help. I’m very disappointed and unfortunately will not be continuing to rent there!
