Great place to have you Mercedes Benz serviced! The owner is such a nice, knowledgeable guy. His garage is spotless and you can tell he puts a lot of care into each car he services. I fixed an ignition coil on my C300 and couldn't clear the check engine light/code. He was more than willing to help me out, it's nice to know there are still some good people out there, especially mechanics. So now I am telling all my friends with a Benz about Elite Auto Service and plan on using him in the future. A hidden gem, highly recommended.

I was purchasing a car out-of-state and I was understandably very nervous about the whole process. I had decided that I wanted a pre-purchase inspection performed, and I found Mike on Yelp. When I called Mike he asked questions about the car and then told me that since it had only 15,000 miles on it and that it was Mercedes-Benz Certified pre-owned, there wasn't really any point in me spending a couple of hundred on the inspection. I asked him about all the concerns I had, and he quite happily went through them all one by one as we talked for probably half an hour, and he didn't expect a penny for it. He took the time out of his busy day to help someone he knew was really worried about a car purchase, and he didn't take a $300 inspection job because he believed it wasn't needed, all the while knowing that since I was out-of-state I wouldn't be giving him any future business. In a world where many mechanics over-charge and add or recommend unnecessary repairs, Mike was selfless, kind, and helpful, and tells it as it is. If I lived in Boston or near that part of Massachusetts, Mike Colombo would be my trusted mechanic in a heart beat. Thank you Mike!
