“I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).”

“I am AMAZED by the staff at Windsor, Burlington Mall, Burlington, Massachusetts. Curteous, helpful and managing the prom chaos with style. We called to hold a dress because we were coming from two states away. There was one left in my granddaughter's size. The call disconnected before we could provide a name. We couldn't reach them (for good reason- it was crazy busy) We got there and they had the dressed held with a note "girl coming from Maine".The young women were doing their best, though understaffed. They never lost their cool and managed the waiting line for the dressing room. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time for peak prom season. We left feeling good and anxious to do a good review. Way to go Windsor staff. You rocked it out of the park today”

“If I were able to make it more often than I do, I'd rate it 5 stars.
I joined about 10 months ago and have been something like 4 times and a not sure if I'll be able to make it a fifth time. That's partly on me (I live/work about a 30 min drive away or longer if I'm trying to make it during rush hour/right after work), but also: the hours aren't super friendly to nine-to-fivers. When I first joined I think maybe every week or every other week there would be a Thursday or Friday with a couple of hours when it was open in the evening (something like 5 to 7 or maybe 6 to 8?) and two weekend days (per month) with 2 to 4 hours of being open in the middle of the day - the bulk of the open hours being during business hours on weekdays. The open hours have varied with staff availability (understandable!), but for me it's been a lot harder to make it there than I anticipated when I joined.
If you can make it for their open hours more easily thanIve found myself able to (the weekend days kept clashing with other commitments I had, given the middle-of-the-day hours), I'd highly recommend joining, though.”
“I have been a customer for a fewyears. The company itself is ok. I have had a few problems with getting the correct towels as well as missing towels in my scheduled deliveries . What keeps me as a customer is the outstanding , amazing service I get from our delivery tech Fabian Santo . He is super personable and always has a smile for you . He gave me his personal cell number that I can use to contact him which I have on my occasions . No matter the problem he always has a solution , even if it means he uses his personal car to make a delivery on his days off. He always goes above and beyond and we so appreciate him.”

Sarah, the owner, it so knowledgeable about fashion, pricing, and the current market, that my transaction was nothing short of seamless. She had great communication with me,ensuring that I got a great price for my item, while also selling it in a timely manner. The store and website both have such beautiful items, hence why she has such a successful and strong presence both in Winthrop and online. “My friend recommended that I head to this store - and boy was she right. At first glance, I was just browsing. Then Abby told me that the white pants and shorts were 30% off. Nice. So indeed I had to try on the 1/2 tan and 1/2 white jean pants. Perfect. She then told me about the sale rack which had a lot of nice things on it as well. Found a cool short sleeve flowered shirt and a long sleeve blue v cotton shirt! I could've kept looking because I did see more that I liked! But I was at my limit for the day. So many on trend items whether it's dresses, t's, pants or shorts as well as the men's clothes - which are hip and functional. There are dressing rooms so take your time when picking out what you like. What I like best is that there aren't many of the same items so not everyone is walking around in the same clothes! I will also look at the website as well as her sales in the future because she ships (over $150 is free). I don't know Jaime the owner but I'm sure I'd like her because I like how she thinks!”

“I started shopping here in '88. Those were my Vintage days. Then grunge and finally goth. They had EVERYTHING.I was so young / 19 - 20. I usually went to Oona's during my vintage days. It was costly as a teen though. Garment District was one of the only places I would shop 'cause they always had the correct clothing for my alternative -- grunge--goth days as well as appropriate items for work. That was so many decades ago. I miss it. It's huge & they had anything I wanted. iNo need to go to NYC!”
