Not only as a professional do I rely on Boston Beauty for Extensions but I also had a very great experience with customer service when my car keys got stuck. It was 15 minutes before closing and the girl the front desk was not rude to me at all and she was super sweet and let me stay in there as it was raining out. I always love going in there and seeing alicia and the girls . I'm not sure what this girls name was but I'm so grateful that it was her working tonight when I got in a jam!

I went into Boston Beauty with not knowing what I needed to dye my stubborn roots well I was treated like a queen Alicia who helped me was top notch she took her time with everything I needed she was very friendly it was a very nice first experience going to Boston BeautyWill be back for sure

Can usually get products I need here but the girls that work there are atrocious. Extremely clueless and rude and make it clear they don't want to deal with anyone over the age of 30

The women in the store are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have gotten mainly hair, nails, and wax from Boston Beauty. I've never had a make over and I'm so glad Alicia, Jen, and Lori has helped me. I love the bodyglow products. I've learned how to apply the make-up and having the proper brushes makes a big difference. TY

I have been going to Boston Beauty for years...I have shopped at both locations and I have never had a problem..I think maybe twice I had a can of gel that would not work but when i told them they told me no problem the next time u come in just bring it back and we will give u a new one or we will credit you your money...I find them very helpful...friendly and courtesy..

There is the only licensed hairdresser that work there and she was having personal problems so she was extremely rude. So I left without buying a thing and went to Sally Beauty Supply. That woman needs to leave her personal problems at home or call in sick. I wish I had the option of giving zero Stars
