“If you've been car shopping you know that at times it can be a stressful experience. Sometimes places show certain inventory but then when you get there they do not have the vehicle because it's either in service or someone else scooped it up before you. Other places can be downright pushy even with limited inventory in your interest/price range. Liberty Mazda is not like that. They are organized and respectful. After shopping around at a lot of other dealers I had more or less settled on buying a CX-5 but couldn't find the right fit. Luckily here they had the perfect fit for me both in price and in features. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm also happy to say that we were treated with respect throughout the entire purchasing process. Finally I want to thank Liberty Mazda for providing me with a courtesy vehicle for a few days while we waited for the title to come in for my new car. “Great experience! I called to request a day for my car to go in and they had me in within the next business day. It was fixed perfectly within a week and they detailed the inside and outside before they gave it back. Very easy process and will definitely go back if I ever need to in the future.”

I sent an email to the general manager on Tuesday. Within 5 minutes he answered me and had the issue rectified by Friday. He was very nice and is trying to bring the customer service level up . Thank you very much Paul Barton
Nick in sales was wonderful. But absolutely do not trust the finance manager Jon Warren. After I signed the paperwork he redid my loan and signed my name on it without my knowledge or consent. The interest rate went up by 2%. I ended up refinancing through another company and have been fighting with him since trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and tire warranty. Not very good customer service or satisfaction”

“Don't love having a damaged car, but always love coming here to get everything fixed! I have brought my Crosstrek here multiple times and wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else as long as I live in the area. I truly can't say enough nice things about the service. The communication, customer service, speedy repairs, everything is great :) The last time I came in repairs were completed early, and every time they're doing repairs for me I get regular texts with updates. Everyone who works here is extremely kind, personable, and patient with me when I have lots of questions, or when my insurance is being difficult to work with. I love that their office feels friendly and customer-centric—I've gone to others where the office feels like an extension of the shop and not very comfortable to be in. Repairs are always completed beautifully and have never needed a re-work. Give them your business, you won't regret it!”
