I had been searching for a newer GMC for quite some time and stumbled upon a specific model that I loved that happened to be at Albrecht. I reached out virtually and was given an appointment promptly. When arriving, we were greeted by Ayoub who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was so pleasant and great at communicating; we were so lucky to have him as our sales rep. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone and cannot wait to return in the future with my husband!

I cant speak highly enough of Elliott. He is the best. He was patient and kind and really understood buying a new car was a big deal for me. He took the time to really go over all my options and all the bells and whistles the car I picked had to offer. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I will be back in the future.

Service Department is HORRIBLE !!!! I had a 10am appointment and I was going to originally wait for. It took 2 months to get the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and the A/C not working. Dropped it off the night before to give them extra time. They still didn't start working on it till almost 3pm. Finally heard from the Service Writer at 4:17 that it needed a condenser and the oil change hadn't been done yet they needed to keep it till the next day. The excuse I received was not all their techs are trained to do the work and that's why it took so long. HUH, maybe get your techs properly trained to work on the vehicles? Novel idea I think. I will be finding another GMC dealer that can actually complete the work on my truck in 1 day. Absolutely poor customer service !!!!

Terrible customer service. I set up an appointment with Pedro to look at a specific vehicle. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told “sorry, looks like the truck was sold yesterday”. They made no attempt to let me know the truck had been sold before making me waste my time driving out there for no reason.

We had a great experience with Elliot Williams. We showed up at the dealership late on a Friday and could tell some of the guys did not want to deal with us but Elliot stepped up as soon as he saw us and was very welcoming and friendly. He assessed what we were looking for and searched the inventory to show us all options. We scheduled time to come back on Sunday and he road with us on test drives, explained every detail of the trucks to us, answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. I felt like he had our best interest in mind and will highly recommend him to our friends and family. Elliot’s friendly demeanor, knowledge of your product and consultative sales approach is a huge asset to your team and he should be recognized for it. Came to Wakefield GMC to look into a 2024 GMC Sierra AT4 Diesel, Before coming here, I did go to multiple dealerships, but my last stop was this dealership my Salesman Jack, who I work with throughout the whole deal was very patient and straightforward and honest and as well Wasn’t pushy or persistent in selling the vehicle but more and taken care of his customer and making sure they’re comfortable . He really took his time working with us to make this deal happen, Throughout the process of waiting for the vehicle, he always kept me up-to-date and Informed me throughout the process, I would highly recommend Jack next time anyone who goes into the dealership as he is a nice person to deal with when by a car .

Purchased a used GMC from this dealership. The only positive experience was dealing with Gabriel Cortes (salesman). I agreed to purchase the vehicle with outside financing and was willing to see if they could meet or beat the rate at my credit union. My credit score is over 800 and was greeted by Mike Tarasukit (finance manager) with a 10-14% rate offer. When I declined and said I would go to my bank instead he handed me incorrect paperwork creating multiple trips between the dealership and my bank. When I returned with outside financing at 6.99% the paperwork was essentially tossed at me by Mike with a "sign this and this". The following Monday I picked the truck up. The next day Mike Tarasukit called me and demanded I bring the truck back because they couldn't scan the bank check calling it a scam check in an extremely insulting and aggressive manner. The whole process was pretty stressful and would not recommend this dealership.
Update: 4 months later the transmission needed to be replaced. It was "just serviced" when I purchased it. Upon inspection it had a newer cooler and filter installed (bandaids) and the pan was filled with metal shavings. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER

Very disappointed with service dept. I called and they gave scheduled my appointment with an issue with the vehicle not turning off. I dropped it of the day before and 3 days later still was not diagnosed. They said they were short handed and have not been able to diagnose the issue. You scheduled the appointment and if you are shorthanded should not have scheduled the appointment.
Won't be back.
