When your mobile phone, laptop, or other personal electronics have problems (cracked screen, batteries, etc.) on Martha’s Vineyard, I recommend Anything iTech in Vineyard Haven for service/repair. I have always found them to be responsive, honest, and fair in terms of pricing.

Fixed my boyfriend's phone charging port after the apple store said it couldn't be fixed, and in 30 minutes no less. Also replaced the aux port for free and without being asked. Very kind and speedy. At the end of a dirt road but worth the drive, has some very cute goats as well!! Highly recommend, much better than an apple store.

I saw Louis about a month ago. He fixed my laptop in about 24 hours for a decent price. His services are great for either a visitor or a resident. Communication was fast and I am very satisfied with the service overall.

Louis has taken care of several of my Mac books over the years and it's always the best service I could ask for. From repairing screens to updating hardware always good fair prices and speedy service. Would highly recommend for any apple product repairs.

My MacBook Pro had major issues while we were on vacation, and I was in the middle of two very time sensitive work projects. After explaining my problems to Louis via text, I dropped off my MacBook as directed and after paying $250 for it to be fixed, I got back...a MacBook with the same problems that I dropped it off with. After repeatedly trying to get in touch with Louis (only via text as he indicated he preferred on his voice mail), the only response I got was I needed a new hard drive which was next to impossible to install on my machine. Got home, bought it to someone else, and my MacBook Pro now works like a dream with no added anything needed. Tried again to contact Louis to at least to let him know what the other consultant said so maybe he could learn something...no response. Don't waste your time with Anything iTech.

I had a real crisis with my brand new Mac....I called Louis at Anything I Tech and he said "Come right over..." I needed my MacBook the next morning at 11 am for a meeting and the problem was TOUGH - Ghosting and color distortion that made work nearly impossible. I had done some research online and a guy who had the same problem paid 600 UK Pounds for his fix ($800 US). Not only did Louis fix it, but it cost $150 bucks and it was ready at 8 am. THIS GUY IS NOT GOOD, HE'S GREAT...A++

Louis was quick to respond and repair during my vacation on the island. He was clearly very knowledgeable about Macs and straightforward about what needed to be repaired without overcharging. He gave sound advice on next steps and I would HIGHLY recommend his services. No need to shop around. Call Louis! Thank you for everything!
