I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a car. My wife and I worked with Luke. Prior to the visit, I did hours of research because of how dealerships can be and I wanted to be as prepared as possible. Luke made it so I didn't need to use any tactics, gimmicks, etc. when buying a car. They were fine with us getting a PPI as well before purchasing the car as well. The entire time, Luke showed he did care about making a sale, but also cared about us as customers just as much; if not more.
Thank you to Luke and Uxbridge Auto for making the car buying experience so stress free and being a great business!!

14 years ago I bought my first "new to me" car from Uxbridge Auto.....fast forward to now and it was finally time to let go of my old girl and get an upgrade. Luke couldn't have made the process any easier!!!! His friendly smile and demeanor from my very first interaction made what is typically a very stressful process a breeze! My son bought his 4 Runner from Luke last year, same first class treatment then and he loves his ride. ? I love to keep my business local. If you need a "new to you" vehicle this is your place, everyone is so friendly and Luke is truly the best! ?

I just dropped by today and they politely helped me immediately and enthusiastically with a 2 minute tweak to my car. This was after being dismissed by 2 other places, and a 3rd down the street with consistently awful service that I hoped to avoid resorting to. It was so nice to actually be helped and not insulted or ignored. I will be back soon to Uxbridge Auto for an inspection and other various repairs on my 3 cars.

I purchased a car from them a few years back, thought I got a good deal with a clean car fax. come to find out once the system updates at carfax a clean title has accidents on it 6 months after being sold a car with a clean one. In addition to that issue when I tried to purchase another car from them about 2 years ago Josh refused to sell me a car cause I wouldn't be financing it through them, and was asking to many questions about the design on the particular type of transmission that was in the type of car I was looking at, Josh never returned calls on the car so I went to Toyota and got a premium deal brand spanking new rav4 xle for juat under 30 k which is a premium deal since the xle averages about 43k and I know I wouldn't have gotten that kind of deal from a small town crooks
Update don't think anyone with sound mind would pay 7 thousand more then book value on a car with over 110,000 miles on it, especially a subaru and I offered 2 grand above book the current book value which was more then fair, serving your best interests over the needs of customers is what shady salesmen do, and the carfax story is completely incorrect. You claimed you spoke to carfax and it had something to do with the way carfax updates the system so basically a person can get into a accident fix the car and sell it fast enough the carfax will show that a car is perfect when infact its not, your words Verbatim

Conveniently located near downtown Uxbridge makes for a quick state inspection, tire repair or replacement, or simply shopping for a used car. Receptionist was friendly and I was greeted with a smile.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Luke. Luke was my salesman and he was the most helpful in my situation. I haven’t bought a car in over 6 years and Luke just made the whole process just a breeze. Most salespeople are over bearing and too much pressure but Luke made me feel comfortable right away. So grateful and thankful for you Luke! You the man! The Jeep is doing great so far :))
