Called here for a transmission for my 2009 g8 v6. They have one with only 50k on it for a great price! The only problem I live in utah. I spoke with Fred and he is helping ship me the transmission I so desperately need! I am so thankful ? for this company right now!! They saved my car. Thanks all the way from Salt Lake!!!!

Told me door was in perfect shape then I see it and it has a few imperfections. Way better then what I had. Point is they may stretch the truth a little bit on quality of product.
Great service, very quick also said I didnt have to buy the door if I wasnt happy when i saw it.
Would use again but I'll be more clear in what I'm looking for next time

I'm a first time customer and was very impressed. I was looking for a used rim and the closest one was 30 miles away. I double checked the car-part website and saw that Universal had one, which was closer. I spoke to the front desk staff about it and they said the vehicle with the rim just came in the night before, so they update their inventory quickly. The person I dealt with was also friendly, the part was ready in 4 hours, and the price was fair. I will do business with them again! Thanks!
