when it comes to some special services I am usually skeptical and I rejected everything no matter how great it looks by I was reffered by a friend that I know for 20 years and I trusted that friend so I decided to contact Justin because I said to my self I got nothing to lose.I am glad I did because Justin expertise is amazing. I was tired of dealing with the insurance trying to get a fair amount in the accident claim so I can fix my car so in less that one week Justing was able to get close to the amount I was looking for. Thanks Justin I am glad are real and honest person.

Justin is a fantastic guy to work with - He worked with me on a total loss case where the insurance company was being nightmarish, and he was extremely patient and navigated through the details and got me a fair settlement in the end even when everyone else believed the case was a dud. Would fully recommend him if you are in a similar situation.

I contacted The Body Shop Appraiser after my vehicle was deemed a total loss by my insurance company.Justin was able to get additional money from my insurance company, that I didn’t even know what possible to get.Would use The Body Shop Appraiser again in a heart beat. But hopefully I won’t have to!

I had a recent accident that left my 2016 Tundra undriveable. It was complicated by being away from home on vacation. I was fortunate to find Justin Ambrosino who handled the whole process from start to finish. He arranged a long tow to the body shop immediately. I was having a hard time finding a rental vehicle that could tow 12000 pounds and he located that also and arranged for the tow truck to drop me off at the rental place. There was some damage that the insurer didn’t want to cover. Justin sent pictures from the accident scene and got all of the damage covered. I own 7 vehicles between my home and business so I have some experience with collision repair. His service was really outstanding. I’m really impressed with Justin’s attention to detail, great communication, getting things done quickly.

The Body Shop Appraiser is the way to go for any body shop that is overwhelmed by the process of writing initial appraisals, dealing with insurance companies for supplemental damages missed and any off street estimating. They are skilled in most insurance programs and will make this aspect of the repair process so easy and enable "you" as shop owner/manager to oversee the actual repairs. Call them when your appraiser is on vacation, you lose your current appraiser or for any reason. You will not regret the decision.
