I just wanted to let u know that the young man that came today to clean my AC unit was great. Communication was great and he did a great job cleaning the unit. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so sorry I forgot his name but I just wanted to let your company know that you have a valuable employee with him. I so appreciate his work ethic. Sometimes with some companies it just isn't there. That's why I felt compelled to let you know what a great job he did. Doc's Peak Heating and Air conditioning does an excellent job for us. We even had a unique circumstance with a set of ill-mannered, ninja-level squirrels who were destroying our AC outside piping by trying to enter our house via our thankfully double-closed dryer vent. All we did was ask Doc's if they could give us a solution to the AC piping problem to protect the piping from those rude and obnoxious squirrels. Doc's creative solution for us was immediately perfect.

Technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, presented options to repair an issue and provided information for us to consider to upgrade our 15 year old system.
After meeting with Kyle and learning how it works, it made sense for us to get a Bosch heat pump system (heating and cooling). We also opted to include an Ultra Violet air cleaner to help with our allergies. Kyle guided us through the procedures to secure a 7 year no interest loan and apply for Mass Save rebates. He even filed the warranty paperwork for us. We will also be eligible for tax rebates.
We would highly recommend Doc’s!

The technician was on time. Was respectful. Debbie the office manager was very efficient, even though they didn't service the type of heater, they gave a recommendation for a company that may do it.

My husband and I recently needed Doc"s services. We are very pleased with the professionalism and work ethics of this company. The system which was installed has kept us cool as cucumbers. We couldn't be more pleased. The crew themselves were respectful of our home, quiet as they could be doing their work and to top it all off cleaned up after themselves, very tidy.

Kyle did a great job cleaning and maintaining our ac units. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also provided a prompt estimate on the purchase and installation of a generator. His staff called ahead of my appointment to remind me. Overall very pleased.
