Jim went above and beyond helping me out with a full septic tank and clogged toilet. Drained the septic, checked the pipes with a snake and even came inside to clear a toilet that had been clogged for 2 days. Highly recommend!Services: Toilet repair

Great service! This was the first time I had to pump my septic tank at my house since I purchased so I asked my neighbors who they recommended. They all told me to call JL Darling and I am glad I did. Called, talked to Jim and he came out that week. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to talk to. Prices were less than I had expected and definitely fair. I would highly recommend!

Jim is amazing. So pleasant and nice, he came to my house the very next day even though it was going to be one of the hottest day of summer. He stayed there cleaning my tank until no spec was left behind. He made sure I was home to see finished product and it was great. Jim is really cool. Please Jim never retire, work forever. We need you now.

Called Mr. Darling on a Sunday night when we encountered a sudden problem, he was here immediately and promptly fixed our problem. Simply said, Jim Darling is the guy you want to deal with. He spent plenty of time with us and fully explained how our issue developed over time and what we can do to prevent it from ever happening again. Thank you!

Jim is always ready to take on another task. Appointments are made within blocks of time, rather than to tell the customer to expect them on the hour or anything very specific. This is done to allow the technician opportunity to do a thorough job and to address unforeseen issues. In my line of work, I realize there is going to always be something I have not seen before. However, when I have not seen it and do not know what it is I'm looking at, I can ask Jim to come by (if it is accepted by the customer) and ask him to teach educate myself and the customer. He's seen it all.
