Called with an emergency pump replacment request and he was there within 24 hours and swapped out my pump! Family buisness so I talked with the father and his son actually did the work with another guy. His son was extremely knowledgeable and gave advice on my water tank and other things in a very non-pushy way. He was very empathetic with my situation and extremely polite and professional with his quality work. They were also the most reasonably priced company around. Highly recommend!

Our pump burned out and we had no water from the well. Todd came out right away to fix it. Great service and very friendly.

My well pump was turning on and off and when they came to look at it it ran fine. I offered to pay for the visit but Todd said don't worry about it. Then when I called and told them it was doing it again they were there the next day and replaced my 26 year old pump. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Strongly recommend.

Brodeur was out within an hour of me calling. Found the issue was plumbing related, no charge for the quick look. Very friendly. You can't be the quick response! Will definitely reach out to them if/when we have issues with our well.

Excellent customer and overall service. I called on a Wednesday and explained my situation with low water pressure. An appointment was made the following Thursday morning. This is highly professional service. My well tank was found leaking in the morning. Give them a call and sent a few pictures. After 20 min they called back and analyzing the damage and gave us reasonable quote. Showed up in 2 hours as promised. Job was done quickly, clean and very skillful to explain in details. We got our brand new tank and control system installed and water back in less than 2 hours. Todd with his two assistants are very fun loving guys and very knowledgeable and trustworthy.They save our day from disaster to happy after.

Todd and crew provided very prompt and hard working service. They were highly efficient at both diagnosing and remedying the situation. I required a new well pump and tank. Called for service for the neutralizer as my well has acidic water. The first appointment scheduled (which I took time off of work for) the owner texted and said he had his own emergency - ok understandable. The second appointment he never showed. Cant comment on his work cause he never showed. Will use a competitor for the service.

Called Todd Brodeur on a Monday and he had my well pump, pressure tank and water filtration system upgraded by Wednesday. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Very prompt and professional. If you are looking to install or upgrade your well system give him a call. Other businesses never returned my inquiries or failed to follow up with pricing or estimate. Would highly recommend Brodeur Pumps to all who need it. The difference in my water pressure and water quality was immediate.Services: Pump installation

Brodeur Pump Co answered their 24 hour line at 5:30 AM and was at our house around 8 AM to fix our no water problem. Todd and his nephew were amazing and figured out the issue right away.
