The lowest level of customer service you could think of from the lady at the front. Asked why the prices were so high and she told me to get out of the store and did not want my business. Not sure if she is part owner but the owners should rethink her part in the business. 0/10

I’d recommend no one go there, old lady is the worst. Called me stupid in front of my 7 year old son because a month ago I told her I used a picture of my ID before at a different store (Came back later and showed my ID) when I came in today she went OFF on me after I said “do you remember me?”My wallet had fallen in my car somewhere and thought “oh maybe she’ll remember me and it will be okay.” No, she immediately came at me and scared my son. After finding my wallet right after this I went to Liquor Plus up the road. Told them what happened, the customers and employees were shocked. Liquor Plus always has the sweetest people so I would recommend going there.

old lady is a ****. She will call you names.Don't ever go there. Liquor Plus up the street is cheaper and the people are always nice.

Your customer service representative should mind her own business… was on a call and was very polite when i was then told out of the blue that im very rude, kind of blind sided by this and then was told again that im rude… maybe do your job and mind your business which is to cash me out and nothing more.

Love this place. Everyone that works there is super nice. Good selection and they'll order anything if they don't carry it. I don't go anywhere else.

This is the only liquor store that I go to. I read a review that says they have a limited selection, while this may be true (small store with limited space) they will special order just about anything you want. Staff is super friendly.

Limited selection of Beer (the essentials) Was a bit bummed as I was looking to purch a 12pk of Wachusett Blueberry Ale ( and they only had 6pks ($9 & change) "Cool" unique coolers (will take a pic next time I am in the store) Very friendly staff Pizza joint next store
