Can’t get my vehicle released for insurance because no one is at the tow lot at 1 in the afternoon on a weekday, and nobody answers the phone when calling. Wasted my time to drive there and back, half hour waiting to see if someone shows up as their sign said open and trying to call them numerous times to no avail. And still gonna have to go back again and hope someone is actually there to get them the vehicle release form.

I was locked out of my car and Subaru road side assitance contacted Togi's to help me out. I got a call right away from them letting me know they had dispatched someone and they came pretty quickly. The guy that helped me get my keys out of the car was super nice and very careful with my car. Once he got the keys out he looked to make sure that there was no damage in the process of getting the keys out. He then told me he was going to wait to make sure the car would start. So thankful for the help and care I received.Service: Auto locksmith

(So sad to me my truck damaged)Watched my truck get tow right in front of me and was shoved right up into tree branches, there was other ways to tow it, from its spot for example an average tow truck driver would have seen this preventable damage from happening and instead pulled it out from underneath the branches via wench cable, and snatch if needed, while in neutral with the parking break slightly applied. or a much easier option back up to the pick up, leave it in park, and hook it up to your tow stinger to my rear axle and drive forward 20ft and then load it on your bed, as a tow truck driver myself, with less then 1year experience, I’m scared to see what happens to other customers vehicles that there not aware of :( damaged truck photos are uploaded to the Photos section under google reviews, I will remove my review and photos when and if my damages are fixed customer are not be liable for your poor judgment actions I had no choice in this tow company as it was impounded, otherwise i would have found found a different tow company or a friend come pick it up. You have my phone number and all my contact info as required for POLICE TOWS.

I can't recommend a business that one of the owners is a elected official and that also works for the same town sounds like a Conflict of interest to me also the place looks like a junkyard same old junk cars for sale

Worst experience I have EVER had with a tow company. I'd give less than one star if I could. Tried to take advantage of someone in need. They put their money over the safety of their customers and in turn the service they provide. I scheduled a service through my insurance company for a motorcycle tow. I am covered up to 100$. I am towing it 5 miles. They tried to charge me $400.00. To go 5 miles. I believe that since they knew I was stuck on the side of the road with a broken vehicle, I'd pay what I had to, to get somewhere safe. I would have been willing to pay something on top of the 100$ coverage (within reason), but they assured me that this was the cost and they would not tow it for less. I ended up cancelling the service and pushing the bike just over a mile to a safer location. (Phew) To say the least the next company liberty mutual assigned had no issue whatsoever with the pricing. This company attempted to take advantage of someone in need. They didn't care about my safety or well being, or that I was getting a tow because I broke down. They didn't care that 400$ is off the wall for this service, because they thought I had no other choice and would be forced to pay it. They should be ashamed of themselves. What if an old woman needed a jump? Would they charge her a grand because they can and because she may not know any better? I have never in my life written lo a review like this. I generally believe that most of these reviews are written by people with too much time on their hands. I am writing it because I genuinely believe that others should be warned about using services from this company. They cannot be trusted.

Last night the owner Shawn went above and beyond to help. I called my insurance company to get a tow for my car which was at work. I missed his call when he arrived because my phone was on silent and I didn't hear it ring. I then called my insurance company again to order a tow, this was around 12 AM, they stated that Shawn finished his other job and that he was turning around to come back and help.

I then called my insurance company again to order a tow, this was around 12 AM, they stated that Shawn finished his other job and that he was turning around to come back and help. He courtesously towed the car on a flat bed tow which another tow company was not willing to do with my car. He then drove me to the supercharger to charge my car. It was so cold that the battery froze nevertheless Shawn waited with me making sure I was safe and warm and ensuring the car was getting charged. After calling the car manufacturer I was advised to leave the car over night to charge. I was then about to call Lyft when Shawn offered to give me a ride back to my car and at work. He went out of his way to help me. We finished up everything around 2 AM. I am truly so thankful to him. Wonderful man and company 5 stars.

He was already on scene for another car and spent literally 2 minutes winching my sons car out of a snow bank. He was barely stuck, not way off the road. He demanded $148.13 on the spot. I called later to ask for a bit of a brake given the situation. He wouldn't budge a bit. Now the kids has to work 15 hours washing dishes to cover this fee. Great way to treat a kid in town on his way to school. Great way to run a business, do what you can get away with, not the right thing.

I have been going to this business for over 10 years. Very professional, I always have a great experience. I can't say enough good things. They do good work, they try to get you the best deal and the owners are great guys. They will go out of their way for you. We have recommended them to several of our friends. A great local family business!
