Rented a storage container for just over a year from these people and they are crooks and I believe the boss/ owner Art has some serious issues including anger issues and being extremely short and rude when you try and find out why they took an extra 300 plus out of our bank account and then charged us for another month a month after they dropped us off the pod. So that was almost 600 dollars of our money he tried to steal. The last month we were told would be pro rated for 8 a day and was charged a whole month instead of the four days we went into the new month. I called and asked and was basically just blown off saying that he was in the hospital and would get the money back on a check. Still no check so we dispute the charge and then he is disputing our dispute. Then he goes and charges us another month. You try and call he shuts you down and hangs up. Very rude and unprofessional I would advise everyone to not do business with these crooks. Now on to. Facebook review and BBB report

I am leaving a 1-star review only because a zero star review is not an option.We rented a pods storage unit in order to house materials for a home renovation while the construction was ongoing.Long story short the unit leaked and caused over $5000.00 in damages to our materials.After we reported this Pods told us to order the replacement materials and send them the invoices indicated the initial purchase as well as the second invoice showing that we need to purchase the replacements. This seemed fair so we did that.After spending the additional $5000.00 for the replacement Pods told us they would not cover any of the costs for the damages that resulted in their equipment leaking.They had the audacity to say that if we should have purchased additional insurance from them. This is completely insane as the most basic service one would expect out of a storage unit is to at least keep the weather off. This should not be someone one has to pay extra for.Furthermore, they went on to claim that they tested the unit and said it couldn’t have leaked but absolutely refused to provide any documentation regarding the when, where, or how for any testing that was done.In short, they lie and refuse to accept responsibility for their products or the damages they cause.

Terrible customer service. Arthur, the owner, is very rude on the phone, and difficult to have any level of professional conversation. They damaged my driveway AND took out a large branch from a tree in front of our property. I have used other pod services before at the same property with zero problems, but Go Mini's of Southeastern Massachusetts was the only one available at the time I needed (I wonder why!), so I went with them instead. First, and ONLY time I will work with them. NOT cheaper than the competition, AND far less professional. Any savings you might get, will be spent fixing damages they cause in pickup/delivery of the pod. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After a mishap of events occurring during delivery and pick up of the pod full of my mother's items. I happen to be able to witness this gem on my home security camera system of the Go Mini's driver deciding to look around before urinating on my trash barrels underneath my side deck. I find it completely ironic that this guy thinks it proper to take off his work gloves to not urinate on his items, but finds it completely fine to do so on my property and items. All the while there is a gas station with a public bathroom not even 300feet from my property.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!! Was paying $211. per month for container at my property x3 mon. Automatic withdrawal. Here’s where the ripoff occurred. Time to deliver container to new place. Distance is 29 miles. Had arranged for unloading. Minimum 2hrs. Which took less time. Checked my bank withdrawals and saw $750. removed. Art said mileage for traveling was included. This fee of $750. was a total shock because it was not what was previously stated to me. Lesson learned.....get quotes in writing or texted. Take screenshot and save. To deliver container, unload and remove within 2 hrs and be charged $750. ! I feel is way overpriced. Also Art is difficult to converse with.

Dustin and his guys are great, I asked them to drop the container off at a difficult location in my backyard and they were able to do it, and pick it up with no trouble. Towards the end of my need for the container I reached out to Dustin about the fees for going beyond the monthly payment date and he helped me with getting a daily rate so I wouldn't have to pay the full monthly rate. I would highly recommend Go Minis.

This is the hoop in my driveway Go Minis damaged upon delivery of their container to my new house. The owner saw these same pictures the day the damage occurred and assured me they would replace the damaged property. 2 months later the story changed. He denied causing the damage and refused to replace the hoop as he said he would.

He denied causing the damage and refused to replace the hoop as he said he would. The owner offered to straighten the hoop as a courtesy, but that would've only caused more damage and was refused. Given that there isn't a ton of difference in the process, price or product of the moving container business and there are a ton of options I'd say it's important to know whose behind what you're paying for and how they operate after the checks are cashed. Maybe all Go Minis franchises aren't the same, but, if you ask me, I'd use extreme caution when considering using this company. Additionally, when given notice that I was going to post appropriate reviews online of the lack of service and integrity I was shown the owner threatened to "return the favor." Just a few words that say a lot about a business.

Go Mini's was a lifesaver for us when another pod company failed to show up the night before our move. Go Mini's was able to arrange a pod delivery within a few hours and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks especially to Art for all his help!!
