He answered all of my questions i had and was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know all the ins and outs of maintaining and protective vehicle services.When i had reached out to Shawn initially he had gotten back to me that same morning. Scheduling, drop off, and pick up was a breeze. Shawn was always willing to move things around and make adjustments that worked for my schedule. “Came here on a whim looking for a self service bay... I think I'm in love. These guys really care about their business and what they're offering. $10 got me 12 minutes of whatever I wanted for foam / brush / high-pressure / rinse, and they were playing some killer tunes to boot. Complimentary towels??? I daresay I had fun washing my car~”
“Ray was a great person to deal with, went to check out a 2012 Buick Regal GS and it ran and drove good. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have had no issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of sale, however i’ve realized the a/c doesn’t operate properly. Granted when i looked at the vehicle it was still relatively cold out so I couldn’t test this feature properly, but that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a great dealer experience, and would recommend buying a vehicle from here again. My vehicle was purchased with over 187k miles on it and everything works as designed minus the a/c, which i’ll take as a win for such a high mileage vehicle, and it has yet to give me a major issue.”
“Just got my car back from Turnpike Autobody.
Dave and co. repaired a gouge in the car by the rear door. It involved filling the gouge and spraying three panels with a three-layer paint job. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great.
In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed.
I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please.
I would highly recommend Dave and his team for body repair, paintwork, and service.”
“Highly recommend the Shrewsbury Scrub A Dub! I’ve had a monthly car wash subscription for over 3 years and it’s worth every penny. I am at the car wash at least once if not twice a week— The unlimited vacuuming is perfect for anyone with who wants to keep their car looking and feeling brand new. This particular location is the only one I go to because Jon and Gavin keep the place running smoothy. The vacuums always work, the trash is emptied several times a day, the grounds are well kept, and they do a great job on washing the car. Five stars for customer service, value, and overall experience.”

“Impressive establishment. The basic wash is just $8. The basic wash in my town starts at $15. Big difference. The guy rinsing-down cars as they entered was very thorough. He was still power spraying my car as I was entering the tunnel. Additionally, I have never seen free vacs associated with my usual car wash places. I was sure there was some catch, but there wasn’t. I will definitely return”

“Highly recommend! I brought my car to the Westborough location to see Vito a number of times and each time my vehicle is spotless. He does a thorough job and gets into every nook and cranny when he details a vehicle. I usually get an exterior detail with clay bar to remove the tiny rust spots all over my white jeep. My car is usually in rough shape from the winter and now looks brand new. I’ve been to other detailing places that were cheaper, but the attention to detail was lacking. It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Not only will you not regret it, but I guarantee you’ll be a returning customer. Vito is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. “The manager Tyrone really is great. I’d spent way too long between washes and was disappointed to learn the pressure washers had been removed because I’d planned to spray down before going through. Tyrone was kind enough to go heavy on the pre-rinse for me which I really appreciate. I know he didn’t have to but he did it anyway. It would be great to see the pressure washers back if possible. It’s a shame to see something else ruined for everyone by a few. Anyway, it was a good experience despite my disappointment because Tyrone went above and beyond. It’s pretty clear why so many cars come through every day. Thank you.”

“Love this place. Getting a car wash is pretty expensive now A days and this one is also however to me it’s worth every penny. I believe it ranges from $14-$20. I only use the touch less so I can’t speak about the other one. The touchless one does a very good job and is detailed and powerful. It’s never crazy busy there so typically you can get right in.
