He answered all of my questions i had and was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know all the ins and outs of maintaining and protective vehicle services.When i had reached out to Shawn initially he had gotten back to me that same morning. Scheduling, drop off, and pick up was a breeze. Shawn was always willing to move things around and make adjustments that worked for my schedule. “This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“Ray was a great person to deal with, went to check out a 2012 Buick Regal GS and it ran and drove good. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have had no issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of sale, however i’ve realized the a/c doesn’t operate properly. Granted when i looked at the vehicle it was still relatively cold out so I couldn’t test this feature properly, but that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a great dealer experience, and would recommend buying a vehicle from here again. My vehicle was purchased with over 187k miles on it and everything works as designed minus the a/c, which i’ll take as a win for such a high mileage vehicle, and it has yet to give me a major issue.”

“I have always been screwed over by mechanics.. I'm a back yard mechanic myself but sometimes i hit a wall and need a real mechanic with real tools to do the job right. I found out about these guys through a recommendation by napa right nearby. These guys are great, very personable, very very trustworthy, will always tell you what they'd like to do to your car but also give you other options of what you could do to save money, will do anything they can to save you money, even if it's putting in a part that you bought online or something. They're great. Small shop, 3 car bay steel building with no office, you walk in and shake their hands and tell them what you need. They always have openings either that day or the next day. I will never go anywhere else, even if i move.”

“Impressive establishment. The basic wash is just $8. The basic wash in my town starts at $15. Big difference. The guy rinsing-down cars as they entered was very thorough. He was still power spraying my car as I was entering the tunnel. Additionally, I have never seen free vacs associated with my usual car wash places. I was sure there was some catch, but there wasn’t. I will definitely return”
