“After looking at many apartment choices in the metro west area I chose The Ellington. The staff was incredibly (and genuinely) friendly. Lauren was so easy to work with and answered my many questions patiently. The amenities are beautiful and the property is wonderfully maintained. The apartment is renovated and gorgeous. The grounds are kept meticulously. And, my biggest concern about living in a complex was the noise - it is very quiet !! And most importantly, my golden retriever is a welcome resident. 5 stars!!”
“Lovely tucked away setting, surrounded by lots of greenery, as well as bunnies, chipmunks, etc.Only 6 buildings with 3 floors each, and 4 apartments/floor, so, quiet ambience.”
“Positives:
1. Value for money housing and access to highway and key supermarkets.
2. Spacious open places and good amenities well maintained, Parking and secure nibhours.
3. Humberto and joe operations team does a good job supporting any breakdowns or repairs.
4. Office team is supportive.
Need Improvement:
1. Pest like roches and mice are challenging however they do pest treatment any number of time you ask for but no Improvement will happen.
2. Floor with carpets will stink despite of repeat cleaning and treatment.”
