Back again as this is the closet station, again sign up "be back in 75 mins" many cars pulling away. Again today Oct. 2, 2023 sign up. How can a business be run like this. Hours say 8am to 8pm.Passed month or so get there within open hours and a note on the door says be back in 75 mins(this is a high point of business in the morning). Go do errands and come back later and sign still on the door, not open still. So I found a new gas station. Pic taken Sept. 12th 2023. If I go back in my pics I have many days I tried to get gas. Wonder if the owner knows. ? Also there one day at 4pm and guy is all dressed up and we pull in and he says "we are closed" suppose to be open until 8pm. Hmmmm

Only had 20$ to my name, asked for $10 of reg gas and he put the whole thing in after I clearly said $10... then when I asked him about it he argued and got loud with me and never helped or gave me my money back!!! 100% not recommended

When we first started driving, my mother told my little brother and I to always get gas here when we can. It's full service, so you don't even have to get out of the car. Just give them your card & tell them what to fill it with. Never had an issue, the guys who work here have always been friendly. Never been inside tho. If you need gas, this place is a pretty good option.

The gas station attendant had no cars to attend is rude loud and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE although gas is high I will gladly pay more anymore or just take my business to the literal gas station pd next door.

The lady that fills up has the WORST attitude.For someone who works customer service she needs more training. I can’t believe a business owner would entrust a rude, horribly unpleasant impolite, unprofessional human to represent their business especially when there is a gas station literally across the street and others not to far from this location. I will gladly go anywhere else but have to deal with this woman again.

Beware, lady doesn't listen, wanted $30.00 because that's what I could afford. Got $74.00 worth of gas that I didn't ask for. Was yelling for her to stop pumping!!! She basically started screaming at me that I told her to fill it... She doesn't listen to the customer, she also thought I called her by name, I don't even know her, she talks too much, doesn't listen and rips people off.

Shot experience, tried to play me for extra money when I had already paid the lady attendant, her breathe smelt like alcohol and she and her place looked like a mess. Gross place and gross customer service, also, Listening to the lady scream at another customer because she misunderstood her saying card not cash was absolutely disgraceful, what a pathetic gas station that is clearly just holding on to every last dollar it has if you know what’s good for you and your local you won’t go to this place dirty all around dirty people dirty environment

The most demeaning, sexist, and condescending man works here. He was rude to me, treated me as if I were an idiot, and spoke down to me. I can't help but to question if he would've spoken to a man the way he spoke to me IN FRONT of my nephews. He was very demeaning, yet I stayed calm and polite, but it made no difference. I ended up driving away, refusing to get gas there and will NEVER get gas here again. The man who works here needs to be educated about how to treat customers (specifically women) and how to be a decent human being.

Not surprised to see a bad rating. Horrible customer service. They dont even have a credit card reader inside the station for cards that dont work on the pump the owner couldnt care less about bad service and the worker left my gas tank open in the rain and wouldn't shut it. Lost my business and all my family who lives in upton. Word of mouth is how your business will fail.
